Magnifique maison de campagne avec jardin prive’ et piscine a S. Vito di Narni, a 50 minutes de Rome et a proximite des principaux sites touristiques de l’Ombrie. La maison se compose d’un salon, d’une sale a’ manger, d’une cuisine, d’un porche et de 6 chambers, chacune avec sa propre salle de bains. 2 chambres a’ l’arriere de la maison sont independantes et partagent une salle de bains. Au Rez-de-chaussee, il y a une cuisine plus petit et une baunderie. La propriete pest accueillir 12 pers.

To complete it there is a panoramic terrace perfect for an aperitif with a view (perhaps after a nice swim in the pool or a sauna!). The communal areas allow you to enjoy the peace of the place and to feast your eyes on the evocative landscape that will accompany every single day of your stay.

La dimora di Gilda

La Dimora di Gilda è una moderna dependance composta da un saloncino con camino e divano letto matrimoniale, angolo cottura, una camera da letto (anch'essa matrimoniale) ed un bagno privato. La Dimora si trova all'interno di un giardino di un antico Casaletto in pietra ('700), immersa nella campagna umbra con ulivi e piante da frutta a soli 2,5 Km dal centro di Spoleto ('5 di auto). In caso non si disponga di mezzo proprio sono disponibile ad un servizio navetta.

La villa è ubicata in mezzo al verde della Valnerina, tra colline di uliveti e boschi di macchia mediterranea. La Cascata delle Marmore dista 2,4 dalla proprietà. La struttura è dotata di una bella piscina (5m×10m, profondità 1,5m) inserita in un grande giardino da cui si può godere di un bellissimo panorama, tipico della verde Umbria . La casa, nel retro, ha una zona barbecue di circa 60 mq. La proprietà è dotata delle colonnina di ricarica per auto elettriche.

La casa è situata nel centro storico del paese di Arrone, uno dei "Borghi più belli d'Italia", lontano da inquinamento, automobili e rumore. I parcheggi sono poco distanti e l'ultimo tratto di strada è a piedi, in un tipico vicolo tra muri in pietra e con qualche gradino.
