Lovely little private cabin in Fitzroy. Newly renovated and consists of a bedroom with King size bed. There is a skylight above the bed equipped with a blockout blind. The Bathroom is en-suite with large rain shower. Cosy lounge area with flat screen TV. Tea and coffee making facilities are provided along with microwave, toaster and a fridge. We offer you a private, warm, small quiet space neatly contained on the ground floor of our family home. Our quiet street sits right above the ocean where you can hear the lapping waves of the Tasman sea from your private courtyard, and have unlimited views out to the horizon. You'll want a camera for the sunsets. The entrance to the room is separate from the entrance to our house, so one has complete privacy. We offer modern bicycles for guest use at the cost of $20 per day, per bike.

Tirohanga - luxury by the beach

This is the perfect location for a beach holiday! Our one-bedroom guest suite is set in a tropical garden, and is a 2 minute walk to the beach. The bedroom has a queen bed, with a sofa-bed in the living room. The kitchenette has a sink, fridge, microwave, jug, toaster, coffee plunger and blender. There is a bath for a long soak, and a separate shower. Guests have access to the laundry with washing machine and dryer. We live upstairs. Not suitable for pets or children under 12 years.

Welcome to the Heart of Brooklands. We are located a 2 minute walk from the gates of the Bowl of Brooklands. Perfect for attending concerts, Festival of the Lights, WOMAD or for just roaming around Brooklands and Pukekura Parks.
