"Shaka Laka" Guest House and Ranch

Come feel the magic of our renovated country guest house. It's a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, with a full kitchen, dining & living room. The master bedroom has a king bed and the 2nd bedroom sleeps 3 with a twin XL bunk bed and a separate twin XL bed. The master bath has a luxurious walk-in curbless shower & double vanity. The house is down a private drive after going through a security gate. Guests have use of our private in-ground pool (pools open) BBQ, fire pit, 40 acres, and 2 fishing ponds.

Relax with the whole family at this serene getaway. Once you walk into the main door you realize "it's bigger on the inside". The home is an addition built in 2020. The warm, cozy, cottage feel invites you to stay awhile or longer if you'd like. Morning coffee on the patio while bird watching or enjoy the peaceful views of the Pecan trees. The playground is the perfect escape from a long car ride. Night brings the illuminated glow from the outdoor lights while you enjoy your company.

A nice place to relax. Separate entrance, whole upstairs to yourself, no sharing spaces. Very private, comfortable and affordable. Your very own private deck. Large bedroom with large bathroom. Better than a hotel room or private room, with upgraded amenties: full size microwave, spacious fridge, coffee/tea maker, full size trashcan, separate heat and air, nice samsung tv, block out blinds and desk. Security cameras, advanced entry locks, well lit inside and out. All sorts of extras.

Please note: Cabin is located on a dirt road but includes one free car wash coupon. Perfect for a relaxing getaway or cozy retreat.

Janelle’s Cottage

Janelle’s cottage is named after my Mom, Janelle Perkins. She was a public health nurse who had a great love for God and people. This is a handicap friendly home. We want you to enjoy the slower pace in Cochran Ga. This is a pet friendly home whether it’s the 4 legged kind or the feathered kind. They are welcome. We do not charge a pet fee or a cleaning fee. We are approximately 4 miles from Middle Georgia State University and approx. 30 minutes from Warner Robins.

House on the Ocmulgee River

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil riverfront home on stilts on the Ocmulgee River on 5 acres that sits at the end of a cul-de-sac. This property may not be suitable for guests with children who are non swimmers as there is an open pool on the property. This is a non-smoking property inside and out.
