Wensley has a village pub and church and is a couple of miles from Leyburn which has several pubs, tea rooms, supermarkets, florists and lots more. You can walk along the River Ure up to Redmire and Aysgarth Falls, also walks to Leyburn and beyond.

The Loft - a self contained light and airy 200 year old farm building in the hamlet of Swartha with magnificent views across the Aire valley. Ideal for walking, cycling or just relaxing. There are walks from the doorstep across fields, through woods or on country roads. The Bothy

This stunning property is situated with in i40 acres of Adambottom Farm . The Bothy is located at the end of a line of traditional outbuildings and was once a hay barn. There is plentiful supply of wild salmon and trout to fish. A wildlife haven for many birds and wild flowers. Wensleydale boasts extensive attractions. Such as the magnificent Aysgarth Falls and splendid Bolton Castle both walkable from the Bothy .
