I can sleep a 5th person on a mattress if required but they will need a sleeping bag (MAX 2 NIGHT STAY FOR 5 PEOPLE) The living area has a ceiling fan for Aircon purposes Fully equipped kitchen incl small oven,gas hobs & microwave. Pipit cottage is situated on our beautiful sheep and cattle farm on the unique Takaka Hill. Guests are welcome to spend time on the farm interacting with the animals or exploring the many attractions of this area.
