Inns Quay, Dublin

The area is part of 'Georgian Dublin' with houses that date back to the 1700's. Parnell Square one of the finest Georgian Squares in the city is located nearby.
This house dates from 1864 'The Victorian Period'.
As one would expect in a neighborhood of this vintage, the resident profile is a mixed one and is ever changing. Many local families have lived in the area for generations. In more recent times the area has become popular with younger professionals and students from the nearby colleges of technology, law, and English language. There is a sizable immigrant population - particularly eastern Europeans. The city center boundary is just around the corner and the city's main street with all the top stores, bars, cafes, and restaurants is just a ten-minute walk away.
The area is generally safe and quiet. Weekends can be a little busier with more car and foot traffic than during the week but this is to be expected as people make their way home after socializing in the city center.

I am happy to meet guests and check them in and answer any questions about the house and the locality. After that I will leave guests to themselves. However, I live nearby so I can call over within a short time if necessary.
