Minimal stays are 3 nights off-season and 1 week during the peak season (June, July and August). Peak season rentals are Saturday - Saturday.
The oceanfront house with the “Green Roof” is a spectacular location on the beach. You have to see it to understand. This gorgeous and newer home is a more private setting than most homes on Topsail yet is located in the middle of the island just north of Surf City where there is less congestion and traffic.
It’s a spacious house with plenty of room inside and out for friends and family. The entire first level deck is completely covered providing dry protection in case of rain. The upper level is a large open sun deck which provides incredible panoramic ocean views and breezes. Witness sunrises over the ocean and sunsets on the sound from any window, the decks or the many balconies surrounding the house. Take your private steps from any deck level to a pristine beach and the clean North Carolina seas. Rinse off in any of the two outdoor hot and cold showers.
The first level in “Green Roof” has one of the two master bedrooms and faces the ocean. There is a second bedroom on the same floor also with beach access as well as a third bedroom which the kids will love.
The upper level is the family gathering area for meals, entertainment and leisure. The entire living area has Italian tiled flooring, a fireplace and HDTV (includes premium movie channels). A full kitchen with all the amenities is just off the main dining area which overlooks the beach. Enjoy watching television or just relaxing outside on the upper deck chairs to the sound of breaking waves below. Adjacent to the living area is the second and larger master bedroom suite whose bathroom includes both a shower and jacuzzi.
The location is about two miles from the Surf City pier where there’s great fishing, restaurants and shopping. There is even access to the Intracoastal Waterway (ICWW) nearby for all types of boating activities. Green Roof is vacation perfection whether it’s a family gathering or a private getaway. It’s the complete package.

We have a full staff on the island nearby to include 2 managers, a cleaning service and handy man. Calls and emails are responded to immediately.
Pets are $150 per pet.
Parking – Ample parking is available on the premises in the two(2) garages or in the driveway. Vehicles are to be parked in designated parking areas only. Parking is discouraged on the road. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.
Air Conditioning/Heat – Tenant agrees that air conditioning shall not be set below 75 degrees and heat shall not be set above 72, and that the fan setting shall be “Auto”. Doors and windows shall be closed when either heat or air conditioning is in operation. Thermostats are pre-programmed and should not be altered other than to regulate temperature (touch screen enabled).
Grill – A 2-burner propane grill is available for your use. It is kept in the garage and, if used, should be wire-brush cleaned and returned to the garage. Grilling on the upper deck may at times be too windy so ground level use is recommended.
Water and Septic – Green Roof is on the Island water & septic system. DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at anytime. If it is found that products have been flushed and clog the septic system, you could be charged damages.
Security – The Tenants shall behave in a civilized manner and shall be good neighbors respecting the rights of the surrounding property owners. The Tenants shall not create noise or disturbances likely to disturb or annoy the surrounding property owners. Creating a disturbance of the above nature shall be grounds for immediate termination of this agreement and Tenants shall then immediately vacate the premises.
Pets are permitted in rental units only with prior approval. A $150 per pet fee applies. All pets should be leashed at all times. Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up any/all pet refuse. Pets are not allowed on furniture at any time. Any evidence of pets on furniture may incur extra cleaning fees. All pets must be up-to-date on rabies vaccinations and all other vaccinations. Heartworm prevention is highly recommended. All items above are the sole responsibility of the pet owner.
