Your Airbnb home away from home is a one-story condo recently updated with plenty of Palm Springs zen. As you enter the home, you will be drawn to the bright comfortable space. This is a one bedroom, one bathroom downstairs unit.

The living room is decorated with mid century modern features and is very comfortable and is spacious enough for 4 people.

The bedroom has a king bed. The living room has an IKEA fold down sofa which is the equivalent of a queen size bed.

The kitchen is fully stocked just like your home away from home.

There is a table and two chairs and a bench that seats people. You can easily seat 4 people for a meal, play board games, or set yourself up a work space.

The bathroom has a shower/tub. It is brightly lit and has plenty of closet space and a well stocked linen cabinet.

The unit has a quiet patio with a bench, two chairs and a coffee table. It is perfect to enjoy a refreshing drink, read a book or just relax and enjoy the view.

Guests have Access to Two Swimming Pools and Tennis Courts

This property supports Keyless Access.

All Guests are to be Registered. The Responsible Occupant must be 25 years of age.

This property is situated in between the Spa Casino and the Convention Center. Its two blocks from Indian Canyon Drive (downtown Palm Springs). The Buzz will travel in a loop from Smoketree Lane and East Palm Canyon Drive, north to Via Escuela. See the visitpalmsprings website to see most up to date Trolley Map.

This property is near everything and you can easily walk to restaurants, shops, bars, museums.

There is a Trolley Route called the Buzz. It is a free trolley service that operates from Thursday to Sundays from 11am to 1am. There are 30 stops every 15 minutes around downtown and uptown.

Uber and Lyft are in Palm Springs and easy to use to get around.

You can rent a car or bring your own if you are driving. The property has assigned Covered Parking.

Risks/Safety
It is important for us to provide a safe, enjoyable visit and children are always welcome. We do point out that there are conditions (such as a pool) in and around the unit that may pose hazards to children as well as adults. Please do not leave your children unsupervised. We do not assume any liability or responsibility for any injuries during your stay.

No candles. Candles are not allowed due to the potential for fire damage.

Security of the Unit
When you rent the unit, you assume responsibility for it and its contents, as well as any of your personal property in the unit during your stay. Always lock the doors and windows and turn on the Security Alarm when you leave the property.

Smoking Prohibited
Smoking is not allowed in the home. If there is any tobacco smell in the home, there will be a $500 cleaning fee charged, as well as any additional associated costs to rid the unit of smoke smell and damage. If you smoke outside you must pick up your cigarette butts or we will charge an additional $250 fee.

Cleaning and Housekeeping
The home will be cleaned, sanitized and inspected prior to your arrival. The home must be left tidy and picked up and in the same general condition you checked-in. All dishes need to be in the dishwasher and pots and pans clean as you found them.

The $130 cleaning fee will be charged as a separate item on your booking to inspect, sanitize and clean for the next guest. This fee includes laundering linens and towels, changing beds, dusting, vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms and putting away clean dishes. If additional cleaning is required, the rate is $50 per hour. If the cleaning is by an outside vendor (eg carpet or upholster cleaning) the Guest will be charged the cost of the vendor service plus a 20% administrative fee.

STAINED TOWELS AND LINENS will be charged to your deposit. This includes anything that will not come out after one regular wash. Common stains are makeup, suntan and tanning oils and lotions, blood, dirt, grease, oil. We are very strict on this policy.

Violation of the Pet Policy will result in a $500 Penalty.
