Échanges avec les voyageurs

I am always available to answer all questions when asked, but believe most guests arrive with their own agenda, so I try to stay out of their way. I try to give a quick tour at the start of your stay whenever possible. I believe a communication is key, so if you need a new towel, extra pillow, info on where to eat, or any other tips, please do not hesitate to ask or inform me. I prefer to resolve any shortcomings immediately rather than in "feedback" section of the review. My father always said: "asking is for free". :) Thank you.

You should know that once in a while there is a dog present at the house or garden. Please let me know if you have dog fear or perhaps an allergy ahead of your booking to accommodate you best.

This is a lovely home in a residential neighborhood, walkable to restaurants and cultural sites (MIA is just a few blocks away). The host, Andrea, was lovely and kept me well informed of everything I needed to know. Bed was super comfortable too!

I really enjoyed my stay at Andrea's place. The bedroom was comfortable and having a little fridge and a teapot in the room was very convenient for me. I truly appreciated been able to use the kitchen since I like to prepare my own meals. The location was perfect for me since it was not very far from downtown and very close to a natural food store that offers also hot meals. The bus stop was also just around the corner. Andrea was very friendly and accommodating to my needs and I plan to stay again at her house if I'll be back in Minneapolis.

Nice place. Comfy bed. Very modern and clean bathroom. Nice to have a kettle and teas/coffee in the room. Quiet room and neighborhood. Warm and generous host, who kindly let us book at the last minute. Street parking is difficult. Our rental car was dinged within the first hour of being here. (which I found unusual. not like Minnesota Nice at all!! Another reviewer reported the same thing) Don't be put off by the entrance exterior, renovations are underway and the interior is very nice and very clean.

Andrea hosted me for 4 nights which made my trip in Minneapolis really fun. Check in process is super easy, just follow the instruction. The location of the house is excellent. To Minneapolis Institute of Art, it only takes about 3 mins by bike, 12 mins by foot. To Walker Art Center, 8 mins by bike, 18 mins by foot. To downtown, 35 mins by foot, not bad at all. Uber is super easy as well. To Mall of America, you can take a bus from the Pleasant Ave & Franklin Ave to the light rail – Franklin Ave Station (about 20 mins), then you can hop on the blue line all the way to the mall which takes about 25mins. Andrea was so kind to let me borrow one of her bikes, it took me 15 mins to cycle to Lake Calhoun and Lake of the Isles. Cycle around the lakes was just so relaxing. Really made my day. The room that I stayed was very clean and tidy, same as the bathroom. The bed was very comfortable. Could not ask for more. The kitchen was available as well, I made breakfast in the morning. There were two supermarkets nearby for grocery shopping, I liked the Wedge CO-OP, super convenient. I was able to hang out with Andrea during my stay and I appreciate the time she gave me on our meaningful conversations. We also went to the University of Minnesota to attend Outdoor Adventure Expo which was really nice. I look forward to see Andrea in China in the future :) and YES, I highly recommend this place.

Andrea and Kasia's place was cozy and comfortable! We didn't spend much time there during our time in the cities, but it was a very comfortable bed in a room with huge windows that made us feel like we were in a treehouse. :) Prefect place for a nap after a long day out and about, and to rest after a late night. Very welcoming and hospitable hosts! Excellent communication from start to finish!

We have a nice household of world travelers speaking 4+languages. We are very easy going people and always helpful when someone is in need, active in sports and fitness, as well as gardening and home improvement. We would like to welcome you at our house and we are hoping that whatever guests come to achieve in Minneapolis, they achieve that and a little something more -:) Depending on what your preferences, you can be very private or involve yourself in the household's life, it is up to you. We had guests we barely got to see during their stay and we had guests that joined in on gardening, events, restaurants or just having a nice talk. We liked them all -:)
