I have always been very flexible with check in and check outs, and tried to be accomodating. At all times I try my best to make sure my guests have everything they need, providing lots of goodies and extras. I was out that day taking some other guests for a trip to the blue mountains and knew I may not be back in time to let you in.
I know that my daughter was 25 minutes later than said but she did apologise profusely to you both and explained the work related problem that had held her up which was out of her control. At the time she told me that you both understood and said all was fine, no problem. When I met you outside when you were just about to leave for dinner, I also apologized about my daughter being late to give you keys and you said again no problems. I am often waiting hours for people to check in as they run late for many reasons, so I know it can be annoying. In the future I will now make check in 4pm and check outs 10am.
As far as dust etc. I have a professional cleaner who cleans after guests so I will relate to her what you have said, and have her check thoroughly, although I have never had this problem before, in fact I get comments quite the opposite, as you will see if you read my reviews.
There is an electric blanket on all beds, and at this time of year as you said, still in Autumn, I wouldn't have thought there was a need for a large woolen blanket as well as thick down doona also. However suggestion again noted and will dry clean blanket. When I spoke with you as you were leaving, I asked if everything was Ok, you said yes. Pleased you liked the upgrade to the studio flat at $150 per night as opposed to $85 per night, which is all you paid.
