My apartment, with parking included is located within close reach of Central London. It is a 10minute walk from Leagrave Train station which serves St Pancras International, St Albans and Brighton amongst others. London Luton airport can be reached within 10 minutes and Luton and Dunstable Hospital is just over a mile away.
It's perfectly located for a number of local attractions including Dunstable Downs, Whipsnade Zoo, Luton Hoo, Woburn Abbey, Woburn Safari Park, Wrest Park

My apartment is located in the lovely area of Leagrave, with a mini supermarket within a 2 minute walk from the apartment.
Marsh Road with its good mix of restaurants, takeaways, supermarkets and other local shops is within a 10minute walk from the apartment.
Luton town centre with its Shopping Mall, Cinema, Casino, Bowling Alley, Bars and Restaurants is a 10 minute drive away or 4 minutes on the train.
The historic city of St Albans can be reached within 20 minutes by car or train.
London St Pancras international where the Eurostar departs from is reached within 38 minutes by train and has high speed access to
Stratford (Westfield shopping centre) and provides access to a range of other cities within the UK.
Brighton is just over 2hours by direct train from my apartment.

Please note the apartment is currently listed for sale and there maybe times where an estate agent may need to show perspective buyers around the property. We would appreciate our guests co-operation with this. We will endeavour to give at least 24 hours notice before any viewing and anyone viewing will be in full PPE. Guests can choose to remain in the property during the visit should they wish but this isn’t essential.
