Our newly renovated and well appointed 2BR/1BA quaint cottage with luxe kitchen and bath amenities, is conveniently located in the desirable historic (less than three blocks from Atlantic Ave.) district of Delray Beach.
Our house, while charming and cozy, has a bright and airy feel due to the expansive windows throughout flooding the home with natural light. The floor plan lends itself to both extreme privacy and comfort during down time in one of two lovely and spacious bedrooms (King master bedroom & double guest bedroom), as well as quality family/social time in the open kitchen and living areas. Marble and authentic hardwood floors juxtaposed throughout, exude old world charm with a 21st century twist. The beautifully refurbished bathroom boasts an antique claw foot tub for soaking your "real world" stresses away. The expansive fenced-in backyard with patio table and chairs, is perfect for enjoying sunset cocktails while your furry and pint-sized family members alike frolic away.

As our guest, you will have access to all areas of the house, driveway and backyard, excluding the storage shed. Please note that this is the owner's secondary home, so several of their personal effects remain throughout the house. We respectfully ask that you refrain from using any of the clothing items or accessories you may see stored in the bedroom closets, but encourage you to utilize any of the amenities provided within the kitchen, living room, bathroom and laundry room. We would also ask that you not disturb any items stored in boxes in the back room. Otherwise, please consider our home as your own during your stay:)

Our local cohost is only 10 minutes away and available to greet you at checkin and checkout if you so choose. Alternatively, we have a lockbox for access to the home at your leisure. Should any problems arise with the house during your stay, or you'd like any local recommendations, please contact her directly at the number listed in our house manual.

We accept pets under 25lbs (limited to 2 per reservation), but do request an additional $100 deposit prior to check-in. Please communicate your wishes to add a pet to your reservation in your initial booking inquiry so the hosts are aware that your furry family member(s) will be joining you during your stay.
Absolutely NO SMOKING is permitted within the confines of the home. If you wish to smoke, please do so outside in the backyard at the patio table provided. Please be sure to dispose of any smoking materials in the outdoor trash can along the fence in the driveway. If it is detected that smoking has occurred within the home itself, we reserve the right to charge you an additional $250 cleaning fee upon checkout.
Please refrain from disturbing and/or removing any of the owner's personal effects being stored in the home.
Out of respect for our neighbors, no loud music or otherwise disruptive behavior will be tolerated at any time.
We ask that you limit the number of vehicles parked in the driveway to maximum at 4 at any given time.
Trash/recycling collection occurs every Monday and Thursday. Please ensure any refuse you have accumulated during your stay is placed in the appropriate bins located in the driveway along the fence and brought out the curb by the mailbox the evenings before collection days. In turn, please move said bins back to their storage spot in the driveway along the fence.
