Thanks for your review. I'm sorry that you had a negative experience with the kitten. I'd just like to defend my handling of the situation. I suggested that you move the tray, and prop the door slightly so that it wouldn't blow closed and he could move in and out. This way you wouldn't have to endure the smell and he wouldn't (as you stated in the review) be locked in a room. As I said at the time, we empty the litter day and night but unfortunately, occasionally he might leave a stinker uncovered and while we're at work there's nothing we can do to fix it immediately as per request at the time. I would like to suggest that you could have moved the tray to another room or simply flicked a bit of kitty litter over it - or even emptied it. These would have been easy fixes to the smell issue. Regarding the shavings and dust around the sink in the bathroom; it was cleaned thoroughly the day you moved in (between the previous guest and you). These are a measly few incidental shavings (much like long hairs that I would have thought one would expect to find around a bathroom) but you're not the first guest to mention this, so I will make an effort to clean the bathroom continuously to an A+ standard throughout guests' stays from now. Thanks for your feedback.
