Enjoy a holiday, long weekend, romantic break or even a business related stay in beautiful cadgwith. With the beach on your doorstep (literally 10 steps away!) enjoy a walk around the coast to see the amazing views Cornwall has to offer :) perfect for business or pleasure, couples or singles!

Le logement

We are located in one of Cornwall's most beautiful fishing villages! Enjoy fresh fish and crab caught locally and sold at The Old Cellars Cafe next door!

Accès des voyageurs

There are many coastal walks right on the doorstep- Poltesco, Kennack, Devils Frying pan, Coverack, or The Lizard (the most Southerly point in the UK)

Échanges avec les voyageurs

We tend to stay in the background but if there is anything visitors need, even ice for their drinks we are usually down in the cafe! Or we are always the other end of the phone if needed!

Autres remarques

There is a carpark located about 300 yards from The Loft so don't worry about having to find somewhere to park! And enjoy the beautiful scenic route and view into the cove.
Also we have a pound meter in the flat that we put money in for our guests but if it's a longer stay they may need to top it up! It will currently only take Old pound coins and is located by the front door :)

Another fantastic stay, our second visit this year. This little place is such a great find, and a real home away from home

The Loft at The Old Cellars is a lovely hidden little nook. Just a few steps from the sea and the excellent pub next door. The flat itself is quirky and quaint and has everything you need for a self-catering stay. A great place to get away from life for a few days.

Even better in real life than the pictures show! Right next door to amazing cafe and pub! For an active couple we had phenomenal access Stunning coastal walks and runs at our doorstep as well as kayaking, climbing and swimming. Definitely going again next year!

This lovely cosy cottage is a lot more spacious than I realised from the information on line. Location is great as you're right in the middle of the village and right next door to the pub. Loved it.

My partner and I had a lovely 5 night stay at the Old Cellars this August for our anniversary. The property is cosy and welcoming and in a lovely location. There is a lovely cafe downstairs and pub next door which both serve yumny food - and both offer takeaway options which we took them up on to save packing a picnic for a costal walk. The Old Cellars has free wifi and standard terrestrial tv channels. There are also some towels provided as well as some teabags, sugar and milk. We were left a lovely bottle of wine by Gillian who runs the cafe downstairs which was lovely. The village is very quiet but has lots going on in the pub with something different every night - though you will need to reserve a table. During our stay there was a BBQ on the beach (weds, 6pm) which brought in lots of people and a lovely atmosphere. I was a tad concerned about the electricity meter (mainly because i never have old poud coins anymore!) but it didnt run out until our very last night and £1 got us through to the next day. Considering we were cooking 2 meals a day as well as using tv and wifi, this was very reasonable. Parking is free in the cove (only 6ish spaces on the hill) or £10 for a week in the carpark which is a five minute walk away along a footpath. Overall the village is very peaceful and scenic and the people are welcoming. We had a wonderful stay and will be returning in the future!
