This stunning designer beach front house is the perfect 'get away from it all' holiday home. Situated on a small, private, community, right on the beach, with it's own private swimming pool and jacuzzi, sleeping 6, with all modern amenities.
The Ground floor is split level and almost totally open plan, including the kitchen, with breakfast bars and dining area with concrete table and seating walls. On the beach side, there are glass sliding doors stretching the entire width of the house leading to the terrace, raised Jacuzzi, swimming pool, garden, beach and sea.
There is a separate room which is the gym, with a separate shower room and utility room off it.
There are 2 staircases leading to the bedrooms on the upper floors. One leads to the master bedroom/en-suite which is huge, stretching the entire length of one side if the house.
The second staircase leads to 2 further en-suite bedrooms.

The house is looked after by my neighbour Steve. He will meet and greet you and show you the 'ropes'. He can also pick you up from the ferry and take you to the Villa when you arrive on the island.
I have a house keeper who prepares the Villa prior to your arrival called Art. If your stay is for a prolonged period he is also available for interim cleaning etc. at an additional charge paid directly to him.
Steve has a wealth of knowledge about Koh Chang and will make all bookings for Elephant trecking, snorkeling,diving, island hopping, cookery etc. if you wish. In high season it is advisable to book in advance due to demand. We can do this for you.
Please, please use the outside shower when coming of the beach so as not to bring sand into the Villa.
Please, please do not sit on the upholstered sofas, chairs & stools in wet or damp clothing.
There is no access to the garage or pool pump house.
Please turn off the air conditioners & ceiling fans when leaving the property. they are very effective and don't take long to cool the rooms down.
Please open the upstairs windows during the day, for ventilation reasons.
