Less than a mile from quaint Jackson Village, and with in minutes of MT Washington, 5 skiing destinations (5 minutes to Black and less then 10 to Wildcat and Attitash), amazing resturaunts, hiking, 5 minutes to storyland, the ellis river, horseback riding and much more.

The house has frontage on RT 16 and plenty of private space in the back yard. To access the driveway you use a private road. Since there are other permanent residents on this road IT IS CRITICAL to respect the neighbors and DO NOT BLOCK ANY part of the road. ALL VEHICLES MUST BE PARKED IN THE DRIVEWAY. Short term rentals, and disruptive vacationors is a huge concern for the local long term residents and any disturbance will result in a loss of deposit.
