Thanks so much for staying with us and your feedback, Peter. Yes, I do apologize about the WiFi connection. I'm not quite sure what's going on with it as up until the last few visitors we were not having any issues and I check it regularly between guests without experiencing any trouble. I would have tried to help you troubleshoot if I knew you were still having issue. I have since updated the listing to reflect no WiFi as an amenity but limited access in other information.
As far as shampoo or napkins, they were never listed as amenities and the listing specifically states that there is no stove and provided a list of all the appliances available. When you messaged me to ask where to buy shampoo, I responded, but had you asked that I provide you with the shampoo I would have gladly brought some up. And you are also correct that the knives are indeed missing and will need to be replaced. I apologize that I did not catch that prior to your stay.
And finally, yes, the bathroom door is a plastic folding pantry door, which is shown in the pictures. I will gladly add new pictures to better reflect this and add to the listing for future inquiries.
