Modern and contemporary family home, comfortably sleeps up to 10 people in 5 separate bedrooms. Can sleep up to 12 by utilizing sofa bed in study area.

Not only does our beautiful home attract the beach going holiday maker, but we have accommodated many golfing enthusiasts, as we are centrally located to the numerous world class golf courses the Sunshine Coast has to offer. Also we have hosted groups, participating in various multi-sport and cycling events on the Coast.

Not only is the comfort of our guests our priority so is your health. Our home is professionally cleaned by a registered cleaning company, that is following strict government guidelines with regards to products and surfaces cleaned between guests stays. This includes all surfaces, such as light switches, door handles/knobs and remote controls.

Our guests are now, and have always been our priority. Our cleaning team do a fantastic job, as evidence by our 5 star cleanliness ratings, and glowing reviews.

However with the world's current concerns with regards to cleanliness and hygiene, we are now going to extra lengths as part of our cleaning procedures to disinfect and wipe down all light switches, door handles and remote controls within the property. We wish the healthiest and happiest of stays to all our guests.

Note we have sadly had recent problems with larger non family groups. Upsetting our neighbours. We have an NO PARTY policy. Our beautiful home is ideal for a chilled, fun and relaxing holiday. Our great reviews speak for themselves. But if you are looking to have a noisy, heavy drinking time away - then yes please look elsewhere.

Ducted air conditioning is upstairs, plus a split system downstairs - which cools the whole house.

Fully equipped kitchen, oven cooktop and microwave. Cooking utensils and dishwasher. Good sized pantry. All the pots, pans, plates, cutlery etc you need.

Guests are also welcome to utilise any food, condiments, sauces, drinks etc that are in the kitchen fridge. Please do refrain from eating or drinking in the beds.

Please don’t change the set temperature for the freezer, or the fridge. The freezer control must be left at -18 degrees, otherwise water & ice builds up.

We have provided an Eski (chilly bin for you Kiwis!) free to use. Please don’t take it home with you, or leave it at the beach though! You can buy cheap ice at the Shell petrol station/Coles Express, corner Brisbane Road & Foote Street, Mooloolaba.

Study area and separate upstairs lounge. Both lounges have 65 inch TVs, with Foxtel, Apple TV and Netflix. Unlimited WIFI.

When not in use please put the Apple TV remote, in the holder on the wall, to the right of the downstairs TV. Please be very careful with this fragile Apple TV remote. A new remote costs $89, and guests will have to pay to replace in need.

WIFI details are on page 1 of the Welcome Book, found inside the property. Note there are two possible networks to choose from. The password is the same for both.

If there is a problem with WIFI connection, please contact us first. However the best thing to do is turn the router off for 10 minutes, then turn it back on. That normally fixes the issue. The router is next to the upstairs TV.

Portacot & two high chairs also available. Dimensions of portacot is 76cm x 79cm x 105cm.

Lots of books to read, plus some board games to use on a wet day. Ottoman by upstairs TV, has some games & toys inside – including sets of playing cards. We try to make the Ottoman as safe as possible by not having inside, items like marbles, crayons etc that could be harmful to little toddlers. However is difficult to recheck the Ottoman after every guest. Please don’t put small items like marbles, crayons etc, or other potentially harmful objects into the Ottoman.

PETS
We are happy to consider pets on a case by case basis. Guests must tell us before booking if they are planning to bring a pet. We will need to know number of pets, plus dog breed. SORRY DOGS ARE NOT TO BE LEFT UNATTENDED TO BARK AT ANYTIME. We have had some very annoying problems, with our neighbours re unattended dogs barking. Often it has been a dog that owners have promised us 'never barks' - but this has not been true. We can't have this repeated.

We have now decided to impose a $250 dog deposit bond. If guests do not cleanup any dog mess (including dog poo) before leaving, or we receive a complaint from our neighbours about dog(s) barking etc - we will make a claim on the dog deposit bond. It is all about making sure any guests who bring a dog take responsibility. We are not de facto dog kennels.

We just need to have an honest discussion upfront, with any booking that will have a pet(s). Prepared to host guests with well behaved pets. We charge $20 per dog per night.

There are some water bowls for any canines. Plus a nice outdoor area for them to play in, with a small Council park also literally 20 metres away. Any dog mess, especially any dog poo in backyard must be cleaned up before you leave.

There are copies of the house rules for the property, in the supplied Welcome Book.

Laundry with washing machine. Clothes dryer, available for long staying guests.

Note the photographic art on the downstairs walls, is available to purchase.

Out of respect to our neighbours in this pretty quiet residential street, we do require that guests don't use the pool area, or the upstairs balcony after 9pm. Also no swearing and no loud offensive music, around the pool area. Again house is in a quiet family area, so please apply some common sense, and behave accordingly.

If you do move any of the outdoor or indoor furniture please return it, to where you found it.

Rubbish bins need to go out on Monday night, for Tuesday pickup by Council. Is appreciated if guests wheel bins out to grass verge (in front of letterbox is best spot), Monday night. Otherwise please don't be alarmed if our friendly neighbours Kim/Antoinette, bring out the bins on our behalf. Once emptied please do put a large bin liner into general rubbish bin to prevent smells.

Note re wheelchair access, entry through the front door is easy. There is also a downstairs toilet, and wash basin. However all bedrooms and formal bathrooms are accessed on the 2nd level by a set of stairs.

Note normally we do not offer single night bookings. Is just too much hassle, and limited value - given it takes 4-5 hours for our great cleaners, to prepare the home to a high standard for incoming guests.

However we have decided to trial, taking single night bookings for any selected single unbooked weekend night (Friday or Saturday night), plus unbooked single public holiday or school holiday nights.

Use of oven, cooking, BBQ and laundry facilities would not be allowed, for single night bookings.

This arrangement, would best suit those groups, that only effectively wanted 'a bed for the night'. Say a group, just visiting the Sunshine Coast for a day - before returning to Brisbane. Or a group for example that can't find good affordable accommodation in Noosa, but plan to spend most of their time in Noosa, and drive up from our home.

It really will be assessed on a special Case by Case basis.

EVEN IF STAYING FOR ONLY ONE NIGHT THE HOUSE RULES WILL NEED TO BE RESPECTED AT ALL TIMES.

It would absolutely NOT suit groups wanting to host a party, bucks/hens night etc. Sorry we must respect our neighbours at all times.

In fact a one night booking, would only suit groups of the complete opposite. Who really just need a bed/base for 24 hours.

Situated on Queensland's beautiful Sunshine Coast just 800 metres to Mooloolaba and very handy to Alexandra Headland Beach.

Also only 50 metres to a great small park for the kids, plus 50 metres to the renowned 'Velo Project Cafe'.

Hello Andrew here. Love traveling, having visited touch over 50 countries and plenty more still to see. Interests/hobbies - sport (esp rugby union and soccer/football), arthouse movies, world affairs, entrepreneurship, black comedy, fitness/yoga, improving my modest Spanish and solving the world's problems over a beer. I plan to be living overseas and travelling for most of the next 12 months. My stuff is stored in the garage at this Mooloolaba house. Sue a very experienced Airbnb host, will be acting as Co Host. Sue lives in Brisbane, but manages a number of Sunshine Coast Airbnb properties, and is only a phone call away. Furthermore my mum (also Sue) lives nearby on the Sunshine Coast, and if you are lucky will leave some of her delicious Afghan biscuits in the kitchen. Warning it’s hard to stop at only one.

There is a comprehensive Welcome Book kept at the property, with lots of information on the home, plus the general Sunshine Coast area - including recommended activities, cafes, restaurants, excursions etc.

Guests must leave the house in a generally tidy condition, wash all dishes, and dispose of their rubbish into the outside rubbish bins - before checking out. Also any smokers to please dispose of all cigarette butts, into the rubbish.
