This has been by far the most devastating experience as a host. It was so negative that I was forced to CANCEL the reservation of this guest. I had to call the POLICE , I went to the HOSPITAL and I had to PRESS CHARGES against this person for aggressione.
The file report and the medical report were already sent to the Airbnb Emergency support team.
The reasons why I cancelled the reservation were multiple. During her stay she was constantly rude and disrespectful with me and treated my house as a pigsty and breaking the most common and minimal rules that are well stated in my announcement. She used the kitchen even if was not allowed, smoked and several times left my cat trapped inside of her bedroom for hours (ANIMAL MISTREAT).
After the first warning made by Airbnb her reaction was aggressive, rude and she denied all the facts. Even though I wanted to give her another chance to behave and I let her stay. But when I realized she kept on using the kitchen, smoke and was constantly disrespectful I was forced to cancel the reservation. During her stay she constantly threatened me about putting me a bad review and ruining my Airbnb activity.
Her reaction then was really rude and aggressive. She started to scream, insult and threat both me and my mother. She even refused to give me back the keys of the house and then she threw them into my mother’s face and then she BRUTALLY kick her to the ground.
Both my mother and I were FISCALLY and VERBALLY attached. I ended up at the hospital for the numerous SCRATCHES and I was forced to call the police to report the facts.
I was stunned by the violence and anger coming from a woman of her age. She doesn’t understand the concept of being a guest and sharing a house; she thinks she can do everything she wants.
Terrible guest: rude, violent, aggressive and DANGEROUS for our community. This person has been suited by my lawyer for aggression.
