Located in the desirable gated community of Wild Dunes Resort, 13 Seagrass Lane is a renovated home that exemplifies the best the island has to offer. This gorgeous property is situated in a private, outlying area of the resort, allowing for unbeatable marsh views, wildlife to be seen with a keen eye, and plenty of serenity and relaxation. The neighborhood has a private nature boardwalk next to the home leads you to a secluded beach on the northernmost point of the Isle of Palms.

Panoramic views of the marsh, ocean, Intracoastal Waterway, and neighboring Dewees Island span throughout almost every room of the home. With over 4,300 square feet of space, there is ample room for each guest to relax, whether that be unwinding on the porch swing bed or cooking a divine meal in the gourmet kitchen. The floor to ceiling windows allow the natural sunlight to flow through the home. The living room, which is an ideal area for entertaining guests, contains a flat-screen TV, Sonos sound system, various seating options, and a game table in the corner of the room to enjoy a deck of cards or start a jigsaw puzzle. There are two screened porches that can be accessed from this lower living level.

The gourmet kitchen is a chef's paradise. It is fully stocked with everything you need to cook a delicious meal. It's the perfect kitchen to create lasting island memories. The dining area, which is part of the open kitchen, has seating for 10 guests. There are additional bar stools at the kitchen island if needed. The bonus sun room off of the kitchen is perfect for curling up with a great book, cozying in for a great conversation, or watching TV.
If you prefer to be outside gazing at the endless marsh views, look no further, this home has it all! The sunrise and sunset are incredible from any spot. There are numerous decks and porches, including two large screened porches on the first floor (one with comfortable furnishings and the other with a hanging swing bed) and an open deck containing Adirondack chairs.. There are also two large decks located off of each of the upstairs bedrooms (each comprising of 2 chaise lounge chairs). In the evening, the night sky is perfect for stargazing off any of the decks. No matter which porch you choose, you will be sure to relax and enjoy the great views.

The home has a total of 4 bedrooms, each with a TV. The first two are on the lower level of the home. Bedroom one has a queen bed and access to the porch, and bedroom two is a bunk room with innovative “floating bunk beds” that sleep a total of 4 guests. These rooms share a hall bathroom with a standing shower and double vanity. There is an additional half bath on the first floor of the home.

Up the main staircase to the second floor, you will enter a landing area with club chair seating which also showcases the gorgeous views from the home. Your family can also enjoy a friendly game of pool in the billiard room, located just off this landing. The remaining two bedrooms are located on this second level, which are dual master suites. The first master suite is comprised of a queen bed, private bath with Jacuzzi tub and Smart TV with streaming service. The other suite, which is slightly larger, contains a king bed, ultra-luxe Tempurpedic mattress and private bathroom with a large walk in shower. Both of these upstairs bedrooms open onto sizable open-air sundecks.

There is complimentary WiFi throughout the home for guests who need to stay connected. On a case- by- case basis, renters may have access to an elevator for an additional fee. We've also included the Wild Dunes “SportsCard” to give you access to the resort pools, fitness center, tennis center and other amenities and events!

*Since many added precautions are still in place due to COVID-19, we cannot guarantee that all amenities and businesses will be fully operational during your stay. This may include community pools, spas, restaurants, tourist attractions, etc. If you have specific requests or plans for your vacation, we encourage you to consider that this is a possibility when making a reservation. * The beach is only a 7-10 minute walk down the boardwalk. There is no lifeguard on duty. Be mindful of currents, as the can be strong, and swim at your own risk. Additionally, various wildlife will often present itself on this island. While they can make a nature walk very exciting, please use precaution.
*Also, please remember to park only in the driveway. Parking on the street is not permitted!

This property has a Wild Dunes SportsCard. This is a club membership to be able to access certain Wild Dunes Resort amenities. You must pick up your SportsCard at the Spa at Sweetgrass in the Sweetgrass Inn. The access includes:

Swim Center Pool (located behind the conference center): Complimentary access ALL DAY; heated pool.
Grand Pavilion Boardwalk and Oceanfront Pools: Complimentary access starting at 4PM; not heated.
Resort Fitness Center (located next to the Port O'Call Villas): $15 per person/per day, $40 for 3 day pass, $50 for 5 day pass
Wild Dunes Tennis Center: Court rentals after 12pm
Island Adventures Recreation, seasonal events and kids camps.

Other activities on the Isle of Palms include, kayaking, dolphin watching, crabbing and fishing, walking along the three mile stretch of sandy beach, combing the shoreline for shells and other treasures, or just simply enjoying the island life.
