The 470 sqft newly renovated Studio is light and bright with skylight and large windows. It has 4 areas - living area- sleeping area- dining area - outside patio area. The Eff kitchen area has a forman grill, multi sauce pot cooker, electric skillet, toaster, Tea Kettle & Lots of teas -Keurig coffee maker & lots of coffees, microwave, mini refrigerator (no freezer), dishes, etc for 4. Dining table for 4.

The floors are wood look vinyl, no carpet just mats. The bathroom has a 5' walk in shower and large vanity. There is a queen sized Tempurpedic adjustable mattress and a convertible queen sofa. 55" LG Smart TV Free Netflix and Amazon Video & Hulu movies - Amazon Echo Alexa too - The heat and AC are self controlled. The private patio has a covered pergola and dining table with 2 chairs. 3 or 4 guests is fine Sorry no smoking or pets

The Pocket Greenhaven area is a safe high end suburb located 5 miles from Sacramento on RT 5 South. Across the street is a park with tennis courts and exercise course. Starbucks CVS, Belair supermarket, restaurants are walking distance. Lots of sidewalks and Pocket Parkway Canals for biking and walking.
Laundromat is 2 miles away open till 10pm

Day trips include: San Francisco, Berkeley, Oakland is 1 hour 30 minutes. Napa, Sonoma is 1 hour or less. Lake Tahoe is 2 hours. The local bus stop is right out front too.

We are an easy going couple that love to meet new friends -living in one of the countries most beautiful areas. Originally from the Midwest. We have lived in Minnesota, Upstate New York, Providence, RI , West Palm Beach, FL / Naples FL. and downtown Chicago.
Keeping prices low to make traveling affordable. Come explore the area and stay a while. We pride ourselves in exceeding expectations. Located 7 minutes from downtown SAC is our Brand New Unbeatable Zen Studio.

Pictures do not due justice to this part of the West. You can have breakfast in the vineyards Napa/Sonoma in less than an hour or Berkeley/San Francisco 1 hour 1/2 or lunch at 7000 feet in South Lake Tahoe 2 hours away or of course dinner in Sacramento in 15 minutes. Hope to see you soon

We may meet you in the driveway but you probably will not see much of us during your stay

Our homeowners insurance will not allow us the following -these are hard and fast rules.
An adult over 21 must make the reservation and be present at check in to assume all liability
All guests need to have names registered
No pets of any kind.
No weapons
No smoking or candles or fire of any kind
No illegal or legal drugs
No illegal activities
No parties

A current government ID must be provided in the name of the reservation at check in.
A face picture that is clear must be provided prior to arrival if your profile picture is not recognizable.

Any violation of these rules is grounds for termination of the reservation with no refund. Each of these violations carried a fine of $100 and will be taken from the security deposit

Charge for checking out after 11AM is $50 per hour - if no prior arrangements are made.
