This waterfront home boasts spectacular views and luxurious tropical decor! This corner lot property has an extra long dock, a separate, bricked, sunny patio area, and even a shaded picnic table. Inside you'll find all the extras to make your stay a truly memorable experience including free WiFi, flatscreen TVs, and a DVD player.

We’re excited to inform you that this unit utilizes a comfortable style of bed-making known as Triple Sheeting. Triple Sheeting is proven to be more hygienic and is used by five-star hotels around the world. It consists of a fitted sheet, a flat sheet, a blanket, and finally a decorative top sheet.
Due to this change, the pictures for this home may not accurately represent the bedding that will appear during your stay. This has not affected any other amenities or the amount of beds available.

Parking Notes: There is free parking for 2 vehicles. Please park in the driveway. This property is located in a gated, bay island resort with private amenities. You may use the amenities with the purchase of a wristband ($5/person per stay). Amenities include outdoor Olympic pool with hot tub; heated indoor pool with hot tubs; cardio & weight rooms; putt-putt; tennis; shuffleboard; basketball; volleyball; activity/craft rooms. There is also a 3 par 18 hole golf course you may use for a separate fee.

This resort is managed by an HOA, and they have fees and rules you must honor. Upon arrival, you must stop at the resort Welcome Center to obtain your guest pass. (Welcome Center and Security personnel are employed by the HOA and are not associated with us). When you stop at the Welcome Center to check in, they are requiring a $80 resort fee. This fee includes your vehicle passes (limit 2) and amenity bracelets (limit 8). Each driver will be required to show driver's license. Max of 8 people allowed/property. All vehicles must be parked off the street. Violators risk being fined.
