Try out life in a small Tuscan town at VILLA CONTESSA in a bespoke SPA town. Located in the main square of the town of Bagni di Lucca, the charming five-bedroom home is a gentleman’s house, which is reflected in its elegant interiors, manicured garden and large size private pool. Villa Contessa has plenty of modern comforts to offer today’s guests.

Try out life in a small Tuscan town at VILLA CONTESSA in the SPA town of BAGNI DI LUCCA. Located in the main square of the town of Bagni di Lucca, the villa is named for the date of the first written men-tion of the town. The charming five-bedroom home is a gentleman’s house, which is reflected in its elegant interiors, manicured garden and large size private pool.
Though intended for noble families of a different era, Villa Contessa has plenty of modern comforts to offer today’s guests. Enjoy breakfast un-der the gazebo off the dining room, take a dip in the private plunge pool and while away the afternoon in the sunshine on a chaise longue. Parking is available for both your rental car, in front of the property. There’s also Wi-Fi and book and movie collections to entertain on quiet evenings in.
The villa’s interiors offer interest at every turn, from wrought-iron railings on the stairs to an antique daybed. Beamed ceilings offer a glimpse of typical Tuscan architecture, while the living room’s walls show a deci-dedly contemporary hand. The dining room and kitchen lie just beyond the fireplace; the kitchen is well-stocked with a toaster, washing machi-ne, american coffee maker, kettle and a wide selection of cooking uten-sils.
Villa Contessa five bedroom suites have 4 bathrooms. The villa is just steps from a church and restaurants as well as groceries selling local food, supermarkets, bars, pastry shops and many more. Hop in the car for the 25 minute drive to Lucca, Castelnuovo Gar-fagnana and Barga, or the 45-minute drive to the beach or 10 minute drive to Borgo a Mozzano where you can explore the bespoke DEVIL’S BRIDGE. The Florence and Pisa airports are a convenient 55/60 minute drive away.

Heating is charged extra for 40 euros daily to be paid upon arrival.
