Eco friendly off grid retreat. Suitable for 2 people, pets are welcome. Wildlife abounds on this private 25 acre property with Cox's River frontage. The property has facilities for one couple in two separate studio buildings. The first studio has a galley kitchen with gas cooktop, a bathroom with gas hot water and a compost toilet (don't panic it has a fan and looks like a normal toilet).
The second studio has a slow combustion fireplace a queen bed and a large living area.

Le logement
The property is basic but stylish. The two studio buildings are next to each other but they aren't connected. If you book a stay there is complete privacy with no other person sharing the property ( its all yours). Please keep in mind the facilities are limited , there is a cooktop but no oven or microwave. No TV, internet or laundry. There is some phone reception in spots but not everywhere. Because the power comes from a few solar panels its not powerful enough to run appliances such as hairdryers or irons. Charging your phone or laptop is fine. However the basics that are needed are there. This place is about immersing yourself in nature and , to be honest, doing away with the extra trappings of society will be refreshing :)

There are no areas closed off but you need to take care as its a rural property and as such there can be uneven ground or hazards like pot holes.

Autres remarques
The linen is supplied (towels and bedding) and some basic food items. Its best to bring food with you that you can cook on a stove top. The water is a rainwater tank, its safe to drink but you are welcome to bring your own drinking water if you wish.
The power comes from solar panels so you can't plug in hair dryers or other devices that are high wattage ( if you do it shorts the power). Pack warm clothes as its much colder than Sydney.
