Hello. I am a 20-time Airbnb Superhosts. My wife’s and my Airbnb is a luxury slope-side condo just steps from Base Village and minutes from Aspen. Our condo offers gorgeous views, easy access to world class adventures, 24/7 on-site management staff and concierge, ski-in/ski-out access, on-site complimentary ski concierge and airport shuttle, full kitchen, pool/jacuzzi/sauna, workout facility, and many more amenities that rival most luxury hotels. My home is your home!

Whilst this current crisis is ongoing, I would like to reassure my guests from around the world that their safety and security, and that of our staff remains our highest priority. As member of the Board of Directors of the Crestwood Condominium Association, I can assure you that we are strictly adhering to the advice of local government authorities and the CDC, following stringent health and safety guidelines and taking the highest level of preventative measures to keep our guests and staff safe.

My onsite cleaning staff also strictly follows the DCD, Pitkin County and AirBnB’s Covid19 cleaning and lodging policies. As for access to my condo, keys may be acquired then the front desk staff in a safe, socially distance manner or placed in a lockbox for a completely human, free interaction.

The condo is accessed by its own outside door with no shared interior common space to access my condo. All walkways and stairs to the condo are located in the fresh, clean Rocky Mountain air.

Finally, per CDC, Airbnb, and Pitkin County guidance, the condo will be empty one night prior and one night after your stay to ensure further safety of all guests.

The Condo is located at The Crestwood - A Condominium Hotel, which offers all the luxuries of a hotel with the ample living space of a condo.

Our luxurious Rocky Mountain ski-in/ski-out condo located 200 yards from the new Base Village in Snowmass Village, Colorado, and minutes from Aspen, Colorado. The condo is situated near the White River National Forest and at the base of the Snowmass ski area. With one ski pass, you can enjoy the "Power of Four" with a lift pass to all four of Aspen-Snowmass' mountains (Snowmass Mountain, Aspen Mountain, Aspen Highlands, and Buttermilk Mountain)!

The grounds surrounding our home include water falls, streams, aspen trees, native Colorado flowers, and breathtaking views of the Rocky Mountains. It is situated near world-class snow skiing, snowboarding, cross-country skiing, dog sledding, restaurants, biking, hiking, fly fishing and other outdoor activities.

Our home is located 75 yards from the ski slope. The complimentary ski concierge will store your gear slope-side in secure ski/snowboard lockers and, if necessary, will have your equipment tuned (for a fee). There is also an onsite ski shop operated by Incline Ski Shop. As my guest, you’ll receive a substantial discount off equipment tunes and rentals.

Our home was fully remodeled in Nov. 2011. It is fully stocked and has cozy gas fireplace, a full kitchen with granite counter tops, gas BBQ, a luxurious queen-size bed, an extremely comfortable full-size sleeper sofas, lots of sunlight that fills the condo in the afternoon, and a wrap-around deck that allows views of the surrounding Rocky Mountains.

The condominium complex has 24-hour staff, housekeeping upon request (see rates below) a gorgeous pool with a view of the mountains, three (3) jacuzzi tubs, complimentary slope-side ski concierge, grocery shopping services, onsite yoga, ski and snowboard rental, workout room, steam room, sauna, concierge, spectacular views of the Rocky Mountains, laundry (washers & dryers) located in building, two Samsung Smart HDTVs (one 48" and one 42"), two DVDs, a complimentary DVD library, HD cable with complimentary video On-Demand, public transportation to Aspen, and many other luxury amenities.

2020 - 2021 Ski and Snowboard Season

Opening Day: 26 November 2020 (the mountains may open early for skiing if snow conditions next are sufficient)
Closing Day: 18 April 2021 (May be later if there is still enough snow)

Snowmass is one of the best resorts in North America for a reason. The terrain, location, snow and amenities are top notch. Snowmass Mountain offers 3,362 skiable acres. Aspen Mountain is 673 acres. Buttermilk is 435. And, Aspen Highlands is 1,010 acres.

As of 14 December 2020, Pitkin County enacted Covid-19 rules and a Travel Affidavit to make everyone safer.

Who must complete the Travel Affidavit:
▪️Any non-resident (Pitkin, Eagle, Garfield County) spending ONE or more nights in Pitkin County that does not meet any exemptions below.
This applies to ALL visits to Pitkin County if they are more than 7 days apart.
▪️ Parents are required to include all minors in their affidavit.
▪️ All persons 10 and over are required to have a negative test.
▪️ All travelers are required to adhere to Pitkin County’s personal gathering requirement of no more than 5 persons, up to two households. This includes in all private residences, even if gathering is masked and socially distanced.

We love dogs, but pets are not allowed due to condo association bylaws. Service, therapy and companion dogs, however, are allowed.

About your Airbnb Superhosts: My wife and I live in Detroit, Michigan. We have onsite condo staff that manages my home and serves my guests. The staff is not available 24/7, but my onsite staff and I will do our best to meet your every need. If you have an issue with anything in the unit, please be aware that someone may not be able to help you fix the issue until the next day. Typically, staff is available 24/7 during the winter ski season and available 8:30 am to 6 pm the rest of the year. Thanks for your understanding and don’t hesitate to call with any issues. I may or may not be able to assist with late night tv, internet or other issues. Please feel free to call my cell phone, which is listed in your reservation receipt. In an emergency, please call 911.

Check-in is between 4 pm and 6 pm in summer and 5 pm to 7 pm in winter. Often times, you’re be allowed to check-in earlier if the condo is clean and ready. If this time does not work for you, please let me know and I will make arrangements for the onsite staff to leave you a key and a welcome packet that contains the WiFi password. Upon check-in, please turn both TVs on and off to make sure you know how to operate them. If you have an issue, please let the front desk staff know and they will assist you. If it’s after hours, the staff will help you the next day. The TVs, however, are quit simple to operate. If the cable box happens to have an issue, please unplug he power cord for 10 seconds and plug the power cord back in. Please give the cable box a few minutes to reboot. Although I have not had any equipment issues, I know from experience that this simple fix since solves most cable box issues. If any problems persist, the front desk staff will be able to fix the problem for you during normal business hours.

HOUSEKEEPING RATES

1. Basic Housekeeping @ $9 per day (provide fresh towels and bath robes)
2. Daily housekeeping @ $36 per day for a cleaning of the condo (clean the condo, and provide fresh towels and bath robes)
3. Daily housekeeping with linen change @ $54/day (clean of the condo, provide fresh towels and bath robes, and change the bed linens)

Pools and hot tub hours: Late November thru Mid April (9 am to 10 pm), Mid April and May (ALL CLOSED), June Thru 12 Oct. (9 am to 10 pm), and, 12 October 2020 to late November (ALL CLOSED).

The free airport pickup and Snowmass village shuttle is operating at this time due to Covid19, but you will be required to wear a mask in the shuttle van. You may request to ride with only your group, but this may require an extended wait while the Crestwood shuttle accommodates other guest. If you prefer to be more distanced, may rent a car at the airport during your stay and park onsite at The Crestwood for free (with a parking pass provided by the front desk). Let the front desk know you need a parking pass upon check-in.

Check-in by in-person (and socially distanced with masks), curbside, or via lockbox is available. Just let The Crestwood staff know your preference. A phone number to contact and instructions my onsite staff will be provided after booking.

The condo is accessed thru an outdoor walkway and thru a private entrance.

The Viceroy Hotel and Conference Center are located 1/10 mile from The Crestwoood. It’s a 6 minute walk from my condo or the onsite management staff will give you a complimentary ride to and from the Viceroy Conference Center. It’s a 1 minute drive.

Checkout procedures: The onsite housekeeping staff will take care of everything. You just need to pack up, turn off the lights, close the door and make sure it’s locked behind you, turn in the keys to the front desk, and have a safe journey.
