Fun, vibrant residential neighborhood surrounded by bars, theaters, coffee shops, restaurants and boutiques.
Located minutes from bus, DIVVY bikes, and "el" train (2 blocks), Wrigley Field (6 blocks) and 1.5 miles to Lake Michigan. Approximately 20 minutes by train to the downtown area or central city "Loop."
Private bedroom with queen size bed, closet, writing desk and private bath (bathroom is located in hall adjacent to bedroom). Located in lower level of modern duplex condo. There is a large family room (shared space) with a sink, mini fridge, coffee maker, dishes and silverware for guests use. As you can see in the reviews, this space provides a lot of privacy. Your bedroom/bath is downstairs and mine is upstairs. So you'll wake up and have the downstairs to yourself.
Guests can use the private lower level rear entrance that exits to the parking area (expect litter will be on the stairs since this entrance since it is off the alley in the "windy" city). Laundry is available upon request, as well as street parking. The location is a quiet residential community while close to local boutiques, restaurants and coffee houses.
