Amazing accommodating host. Very nice and quiet house. We felt really at easy and welcome in the house. Unique place and defenitly recommended.

Tim lives by a beautiful lake and has a hot tub which is right outside the room. He is very hospitable and made me feel right at home.

I booked a room with Tim after another host cancelled 48 hours before my arrival. I arrived after 11pm and was the only guest so Tim gave me a suite with its own private entrance at no additional cost. I rested well (Tim’s home is in a quiet part of Reno).

It’s a nice distance from the Convention Center (only a 15 minute walk). Great bed. But if you’re allergic to cats, be aware that there is a house cat that’s loving the place.
