The apartment is newly renovated. 55m2 located in a '30s modernist building. There is 1 bedroom with a queen size bed, 1 bathroom, 1 living room with a pull out bed (140x200 cm) and a kitchen.
Everything set in a simple, elegant & contemporary style.
Each room is comfortably furnished.
The kitchen is fully equipped (toaster, kettle, french coffee maker, oven, fridge).
The apartment has its own character, combining artworks (selected by Alice Gallery - Artist: Atelier Pica Pica), vintage furniture and design furniture by the Atelier J&J.
There are two other apartments in the same building, so if you are planning to come in Brussels with other people (up to 12 max) do not hesitate to ask for availability.

Guests have access to the whole apartment.
In case you have a car there is a public parking lot just next door on the rue de Flandre.

We live and work in the neighborhood so if you need anything, we'll be right there!
Note that the second bed in the living room is 140x200cm /55x79"so not as big as the king size bed in the bedroom. Ideal for a couple or 2 children.
If you are two people and do not wish to sleep in the same bed, please let us know in advance as we need to set the second bed.
For this option a charge of 50€ would be added to your final cost.
This fee should be paid on your arrival.
Also, There is a nice large shower in the bathroom with nice water pressure but NO bath tub..!
One last thing.. This apartment is on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator in the building. It is a nice and quick exercise, Only small 3 floors, but I'd rather you know before your arrival!
For monthly rentals a charge of 50€ / month would be added to your final cost.
This fee will cover a cleaning ( change of bed linens included) that will be scheduled after 15-days-period of your staying.
I am from Brussels and have lived and worked in the center for the past 12 years. The apartments are next to our gallery ALICE GALLERY. I am also one of the co- founder of the MIMA Museum which is very close from the apartments.
