Description

Accompanied by superb facilities and a buzzing location, this spacious four-bedroom apartment is situated in central Edinburgh, just outside historic Edinburgh Old Town. Positioned on the first floor of a contemporary residential complex in Edinburgh’s hip West End, this is a chance to enjoy Edinburgh from a peaceful apartment in Haymarket.

Amenities within this modern complex include: a lift, swimming pool, gym, sauna, landscaped grounds, barbecue area, free private parking, secure entry phone system and a roof terrace with wonderful views across Edinburgh.

Located just 5 minutes walk from Haymarket Station and only 15 minutes drive from Edinburgh Airport, this superb apartment is perfect for friends, families and commuters who want to stay in a top location within walking distance of Edinburgh Old Town and Edinburgh New Town, with buses and trains only minutes away.


The space

Spacious and bright, this four-bedroom apartment has a large, open plan living space with plenty of space to dine, relax and cook accompanied by a sizeable hallway and five bedrooms with enough room to sleep 10.

In response to Covid-19, enhanced cleaning procedures are in place in both the apartment and throughout the development, as well as between guest stays, for your peace of mind. The swimming pool is closed until at least mid-October - we are working through the guidance provided by the Scottish government and will open as soon as possible.

The bedrooms comprise one king room, three twin rooms (one of these can also be converted to a king-size bed) and 2 single pull out beds. All of the bedrooms have plenty space, lots of light, neutral decor and ample storage for all of your belongings.

The king room is a large space, with a super king-size four-poster bed and an ensuite bathroom. Three of the twin rooms have single beds - one of these has zip-link singles which can conveniently be converted to a king-size bed via the zip-link function.

All of the bedrooms are decorated in an attractive neutral style with all linen, towels and bedding provided. Please note that the fourth bedroom is a windowless space. Two bathrooms ensure that getting ready is easy. Both bathrooms are kitted out with bath and shower facilities plus free soap, towels, shampoo and more.

The apartment’s large kitchen area includes lots of fitted units, long working surfaces for leisurely cooking, a washer-dryer, dishwasher and all the facilities you need during your stay. Large windows flood the living and dining area with lots of light, making this the ideal place to chillax in comfort after a busy day in Edinburgh Old Town or a night out in Edinburgh.

Two sofas, a large dining table, flat-screen TV, WiFi throughout the apartment, views across the grounds, soft furnishings and modern, neutral decor ensure the living area is a comfortable space for family and friends to gather together at the beginning or end of the day.

With neutral decor throughout, plenty of outdoor space, private parking and Edinburgh Old and New Town on your doorstep, this is a gorgeous apartment in popular Caledonian Crescent, Haymarket – perfect for enjoying all that Edinburgh and the rest of Scotland has to offer.


Other things to note:

If you would like to park more than one car on site, please let us know in advance because space for additional cars will incur a fee. We also have travel cots, cots, high chairs and babysitters available if you need them- please let us know when you book. Long stays are welcome.

Bookings fill quickly, so book early to avoid disappointment.

Dogs are welcome, however there is an additional charge of £20 per dog per stay.
