Tout était en place pour un séjour parfait chez Martin. Notre chambre était très grande et lumineuse, Martin était très prévenant et nous a donné plusieurs excellentes adresses. Je recommande fortement ce logement pour un séjour à Berlin.

La chambre était spacieuse et bien équipée. Calme avec vue sur le jardin. Martin est un hôte prévenant qui indique clairement les espaces dédiés aux visiteurs. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'ensemble de l'appartement situé tout près d'un accès au métro. Je recommande ce point de chute à Berlin.

My husband and I had a lovely time in Berlin. The room is spacious and the apartment is very close to the U Bahn.

It was great time in Marin's place, the room was clean, big and very cousy. The place is kindly out from the center but in 9 minutes you can easly go to the center by underground. I met Marin when we arrived and he is realy helpful and open guy, easy to comunicate. Next time in Berlin for sure in this place. Lucas&Dana

Martin war ein super Gastgeber, alles funktionierte ganz reibungslos und sehr unkompliziert. Die Wohnung ist wirklich toll und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und versprüht dadurch einen eigenen Charme. Definitiv zu empfehlen!

Supernette und sehr individuelle Wohnung in einer alten Schule. Die Lage ist gut, wenn man mal ein bisschen weg will vom Hauptstadtrummel und die U-Bahnstation ist nur 5 Minuten zu Fuss. Man lernt so auch andere Seiten von Berlin kennen und alles was mit ÖV erreichbar ist, ist in unmittelbarer Nähe. Der Vermieter war auch total cool und hat sich Zeit genommen uns alles in der Wohnung zu zeigen und uns gute Tips gegeben für Besichtigungen und Restaurants usw. Ich fand es total schön und gemütlich dort. Die Anreise war mit einem genauen Plan, den der Vermieter mir 4 Tage vorher zugesendet hat ein Kinderspiel. Ein super Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und ein sehr freundlicher Empfang.

Miho und ihr Mann selbst waren nicht da, aber Mihos Freund Shushuke hat sich sehr rührend um mich gekümmert. Er ist mir entgegenkommen, weil ich die Wohnung nicht gleich gefunden habe, hat mein Gepäck alle Treppen hinaufgeschleppt und mir eine Tasse Tee gemacht.... Das Zimmer ist sehr minimalistisch eingerichtet. Es ist sehr sauber, man bekommt Hausschuhe und seine eigene Badematte gereicht. Außerdem liegt die Wohnung wirklich nur einen Katzensprung vom Bahnhof Lichtenberg entfernt, von wo aus man in 15 Minuten den Alexanderplatz erreichen kann. Ein angenehmes Erlebnis mit einem Hauch Japan-Feeling!

Miho war leider nicht da aber ihr Mitbewohner hat mich willkommen und mir alles erklaert. Er war sehr nett und hilfsbereit, ich kann mich kaum beklagen :) Miho hat per Nachricht mir auch schnell beatwortet und war sehr hilfsbereit. Die Unterkunft ist gleich neben der S-Bahn Station Lichtenberg und somit war es sehr leicht überall anders in Berlin zu erreichen. WLan-Zugang, ein extra Türschloss und noch eine Wegbeschreibung zu den nächstmöglichen Supermärkten lagen vor. Eine gute Idee. Die Wohnung war sauber und die Bettwäsche roch sehr angenehm :) Würde ich wieder buchen!

Miho's place is simple, clean and neat. The host is friendly, accurate and well reachable through text messages. Definitely a place I recommend for those who seek simple and quiet stays.

Nice place, basic needs are covered and there is easy access to Lichtenberg station. The hosts were very friendly. There was no way to lock the room from the inside; as a female traveling alone, I would have appreciated this. Double check the listing address, as the linked map directions don't take you to the right house number. Plenty of grocery stores in the area were a big plus!

Overall a nice experience, I didn't get to meet Miho but I met her husband who greeted me when I arrived. If I needed something Yosuke was always fast to respond which was a huge plus. The house was clean and I had everything I needed for my stay. Miho drew a nice map which explained everything you needed, from groceries to train stations (which is a 5 minutes walk). If you are ever in Berlin I totally recommend this place!

I really really recommend this place! It was a great experience and I want to stay here again! :) The host: Miho is an amazing cheerful person! She was very caring, friendly, polite and thoughtful from the beginning, explaining me how to get there, didn't mind my delay, left me an information paper in my room, offered to borrow her bike etc etc... We had very nice chats and I on my last day she made me a bento box for my way back! All those days I felt like home! The place: The room is better than on the picture ;) It was bigger and had more light than expected, and I even had a little balcony! Great place to start your day ;) I slept on an air mattress, it was comfortable and almost like a real bed. It's also a good, quiet area and the station is super close. Great place! Thank you so much Miho!!

There is no ceiling lighting within the entire apartment, difficult to cook by poor light (desk lamp on bench) and impossible to read a book, maps or guide books. We had to go in corridor for this or in bathroom, which is not great for planning your next day. The sofa doubles as a bed but it is not long enough for two people of standard height, (5ft 4" and 5ft 6") my feet overhung by one foot. The sofa is comfy but this did prevent a good nights sleep as did having the fridge freezer in the same room. This was really noisy. There was a fault with the kettle which kept shorting out before reaching boiling point but i am sure this will be addressed by the host. Good location with easy access to S and U bahn within a few minutes walk. Wifi signal is good. Overall block is clean, tidy and bright with plenty of lifts. There is a lidl supermarket next door for your supplies.

Nuestra estancia en el apartamento de Lisa ha estado genial, porque se encuentra a 2 minutos de una estación de tren que te lleva directamente al centro de Berlin. El apartamento es tal y como lo describe Lisa, un espacio pequeñito pero muy acogedor. Está totalmente equipado, no necesitas llevarte nada de casa, ella lo tiene todo. El apartamento esta súper limpio y está en un edificio muy singular y con un vecindario muy tranquilo. Totalmente recomendable para 2 personas

I was able to stay here just a few hours due to an early flight, but staying at Carmine's and Mari's place has been a blast. The place is very comfortable, and extremely easy to reach with the train, and from here you can reach Schoenefeld airport within minutes. Ah, and the hosts are lovely! :) Warmly recommended! :)

Quiet Location, Comfy Room, Great Host Litchenberg is a very quiet part of town, but at the same time is just 20mins from the city centre. Alex's place is just a 10min walk from the S/U Bahn station. The room overlooks a quiet street and has a small balcony with chairs. The Room itself is very cosy the bathroom is kept very well though the kitchen was out of order and there isn't a dining space. But if you are like me and end up eating in the city that shouldn't be a problem. Alex is one super helpful dude, went out of his several times to make sure I get relevant information when needed and also provided me travel and commute tips when there. If I were to travel to Berlin I would stay definitely stay here again.

Flat was comfortable. Plenty big enough for two travelers. It is however a bit of a subway ride into the main part of town. Host was kind and provided towels. Solid place if traveling to Berlin.

Tolgay and Thomas (his co-host) were extremely friendly and helpful. The flat was located close to a big transport hub and therefore made traveling really easy. É bem silencioso também, apesar do tram passar bem em frente ao apartamento, de dentro não se ouve nada. A janela do quarto dá para os fundos do imóvel, com uma vista agradável para os jardins dos prédios vizinhos. A localização não é muito central, há poucas atrações por perto, mas o acesso ao transporte é fácil, com estação de S-Bahn e U-Bahn bem próxima e parada de tramway na esquina.

Des notre arrivée nous avons compris que Pierre était une personne sérieuse et attentionné qui a tout fait pour nous rendre la vie à Berlin et dans son appartement agréable. Les deux chambres étaient confortables et douillettes et la cuisine très fonctionnelle et fournie en condiments et autres besoins. Pierre was a great host. We enjoyed our stay in Berlin. The flat is cozy and warm, near to the center, you need only 10 min by public traffic to get to the Alexanderplatz and Branderburg Gate. Pierres home is perfect if you need a quick place to stay in Berlin. One of the beds is a couch bed, but it's quite comfortable. I certainly wouldn't try to fit more than one on it, however! Take note if you plan on having four people stay here. That said, our stay was very pleasant and quaint! Pierres place is quiet and conveniently located next to the S bahn. Great place.

First of all I would like to thank Susann for a warm welcome and a very nice stay! Almost a week in Berlin was super comfortable and amazing! The flat was clean, with eveything we needed for our everyday life (like a comfortable bed, kitchen equipment and etc.). Location is also very good - calm district, 5 minutes walk from S and U stations (just 4-7 stations from the main city attractions), a few supermarkets nearby. We highly recommend this cozy place to stay in Berlin!

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour d'une dizaine de jours chez Michael. L'appartement est très bien situé par rapport aux transports en commun. On trouve toutes sortes de commerces à proximité (dont une épicerie bio vers la gare de Lichtenberg) ainsi qu'un bureau de poste. Le quartier est plutôt calme bien que vivant. Un parc public à 1 km permet de faire du sport type footing ou gym dans un cadre boisé. L'appartement en lui-même est assez lumineux. L'équipement de la cuisine pourrait être un peu plus fourni en couverts et un micro-onde serait utile. L'immeuble pratique le tri sélectif. La wifi et l'antenne de télévision décrochent de temps en temps, ça énerve un peu lorsqu'on veut suivre un programme. Les relations avec Michael ont été très faciles et il peut être très réactif en cas de besoin.

Logement bien situé proche de toutes les commodités nécessaires. Accueil sympathique. vraiment agréable pour passer quelques jours à Berlin. Logement propre et bien agencé.

einfach nur super :-)) sehr empfehlenswert wenn man ganze unterkünfte sucht! sauberkeit, freundlichkeit und rasche antworten per mail! lage könnte zentraler sein, allerdings geht man 5 minuten zu fuss zur sbahn bzw. ubahn und ist innerhalb weniger minuten überall zentral.

We had a great stay in Janes apartment. It's a very light and cozy place (much nicer then the pictures!!) The neighborhood is kind of boring and far away, but the station is 2 minutes away, and does easily bring you everywhere. Jane also made a little guide for us, with restaurants and so on. In general we were really satisfied with our stay.

Le séjour dans le logement de Sanoh c'est bien passé, Sanoh est un hôte très sympa avec qui l'organisation s'est faite de façon très pratique et agréable. Mais plusieurs points étaient assez décevant : dans l'annonce il est indiqué que le logement se trouve dans le quartier de MITTE (centre de la ville) ce n'est pas du tout le cas!! il faut compter minimum 20-30mn de trajet pour joindre le centre. Le logement en soi et le quartier ne sont pas décrit dans l'annonce ce qui devrait être le cas car c'est une information qui nous aurait fortement influencées dans le choix initial : c'est un studio dans une cité universitaire type HLM ,dans un quartier résidentiel.Pour finir l'état du lieux était aussi critiquable , il y a avait des traces de moisissures dans le blinder et le bouilloire, des bananes moisies et donc moucherons qui vont avec , et en dessous du lit un vrai nid a poussière.. malgré ça nous avons passé un chouette séjour

Sanoh a été particulièrement rapide et réactif dans ses réponses, le logement est très mignon, bien aménagé et confortable. Station de S-Bahn et Ubahn proche ce qui rendait la chose pratique. Literie très confortable, wifi impeccable, supermarché juste à côté. Le seul souci que j'aurai à relever c'est que les volets ne sont pas du tout occlusif, la lumière du jour m'empêchait de dormir correctement. Merci Sanoh, je recommande.
