Our 1-bedroom top flat is available for rent. Stephanie's flat is so great and the location is superb! My friends and I had a great time in Brighton and so much of it was due to the flat and it being so close to everything it was very convinient. Even with four of us it felt like there was enough space. All in all we had a great stay, and getting there was no hassle and there was someone to be in touch with regarding any issues we had eventhough Stephanie was away for the weekend. Would definitely stay there again!
Stephanie was very welcoming and we were told as soon as the room was ready for us. The flat is literally just by the Pier and it was a really convenient location to visit the town for a couple of days. The apartment is comfy and perfect if you're two, I would very much recommand it!
Exactly as described apart from the missing big Ferris wheel! Thanks for a great stay!
Stephanie's apartment is super cosy. It's in the perfect location everything you need is just a short walk away.
A lovely little place just by the coast, well provisioned and exactly as advertised!
Stephanie and Basti were very kind and helpful hosts. They were always there when we needed any help. The flat was furnished lovely and all was clean when we arrived. The Flat's location is perfect. The beach and Brighton's main bus station are not even a two minutes walk away. We loved staying there and we already miss it. Thanks for the nice time, we will definitely come back!
This flat couldn't be in a more perfect location. Stephanie was helpful and friendly; she made us feel welcome, while also clearly respecting our privacy. The top floor flat is small, but very well decked out. There's even a washing machine, and plenty of clever storage that would make even a fairly long stay comfortable. We had a great time - thanks Stephanie. Cashew is tiny!

This little house is an absolute gem! Set in the heart of the north lanes, you're really close to all the vintage and record shops and a short walk to the beach and night life. The house is great! Everything you need and Heike is a wonderful host. She left us tea, coffee and breakfast bits and everything was spotless when we arrived. The perfect place to stay in Brighton.
What a fantastic property in the best location! I was so pleased with my choice and had a wonderful week in Brighton. The house was so easy and exactly what I expected. Heike was lovely and very informative.
I must say this is the cutest house I've ever stayed in. It's a really lovely house and it was comfortable as it was 4 of us. I love that this house is in the middle of town, with Wagamama right in front (love it!). Everything is within walking distance and I totally would recommend other guests to visit Bill's for breakfast! Too bad we didn't get the chance to meet Heike in person, but communication with her was great. To keep it short, we love it here. Will visit this house again if we're ever back in Brighton!
We really enjoyed our time at Heike's Home! Everything you want to visit in Brighton is within 5 minutes walking time. (North Lane, Beach, Royal Pavillon) Communication with Heike was extremly uncomplicated. But what we liked the most was that Heike hided a lot of choclate Eggs in the whole house for us to find. (we visited over Eastern)
Lovely little cottage, close to the pier and the Station, everything you need is around! We didn't stay long inside, too much to do in Brighton, but each time it was a pleasure to be inside and relax a little. In a word, this cottage is a place to stay if you come to Brighton.
Heike was the perfect host and went out of her way to ensure we had everything we needed. The home is beautiful and was perfect for 3 persons. The location is also perfect. Thank you Heike. x
Welcomed by Heike upon arrival, very friendly. The house was super central, best location in Brighton imo.
Lovely little cottage, close to almost everywhere in central Brighton! Very attentive host, explained the local area when we arrived and even left food for us. Might struggle to fit 4 people unless both couples, however.

Our stay in the Garden room in Brighton has been lovely. It's a cosy and small room, but everything we needed was there; including a nice breakfast which Cornelia had taken care of. She was a good host, as she made sure we had everything we needed and when we arrived at the Garden room she was there to welcome us. Brighton is easily accessible by bus and the bus stop is only a 2-minute walk from the house. Overall, we liked our stay very much!
Cornelia was most welcoming and quickly made us feel at home, despite the fact that traffic hold ups meant we didn't arrive until well into the evening. The space is cleverly and creatively set out and lots of thoughtful touches (lovely little flower arrangements and pot plants on the window sill, fresh bread and a great choices of goodies for snacks and breakfasts) coupled with a really comfy bed and hot shower made our stay comfortable and relaxing - Garden Studio has a lovely quiet location yet is close to bus stops for easy access to Brighton. We particularly appreciated the advice given for walks - Seven Sisters and East Dean areas are beautiful to visit. Our only regret is that we couldn't stay longer - but hopefully will be able to visit again in the near future!
House is located on a beautiful road, away from town centre but convenient to get there. The studio is exactly as described and seen in the pictures, well equipped from all kitchen appliances, and even a lovely breakfast with multiple options for the next morning. Superbly clean throughout. Cornelia was very helpful and always responded asap to any enquiries. We will definitely come again.
We had a great time and the studio was extremely well equipped and very comfortable. Buses were every 10mins during the day and 20mins later in the evening (there's an app for your phone to get bus travel lots cheaper). Cornelia was a great host and gave us lots of ideas for things to do in and around Brighton. She also put on a great breakfast (and caters well for vegans)! Thanks Cornelia!
Cornelia, our host, was a lovely host and very welcoming ensuring everything we needed to know about the accommodation was clearly explained. Breakfast was provided with very generous supplies and Cornelia took great care to ensure that we knew where the local bus route was and even had some brochures for the current Brighton Festival and Open Houses which were happening in Brighton for that weekend. The studio flat is absolutely perfect for a weekend away. Spacious, private and beautifully decorated making it a peaceful bolt hole from the busy Brighton streets. Very easy to travel into town by bus making it a hassle free weekend. Thank you very much Cornelia.
Safe neighbourhood. Cornelia made us feel so welcome with breakfast and plenty of useful information.
Cornelia's son Jonas welcomed us in a very friendly manner. Cornelia had provided a vegan breakfast with plenty of choice and delicious spreads. We really appreciated the bus schedules, brochures and the tips for trips in the region! Thank you for a nice stay!
Cornelia could not have been more friendly and accommodating. She went above and beyond great service. A lovely place with a secluded private garden, so close to the bus, and quick 10 minute ride into downtown Brighton, but far enough away in a beautiful residential area that allows one to escape to a beautiful peaceful and quite flat. Very nice place and a very very friendly host! We would stay there again in a second.

My first Airbnb experience was an excellent one. Anna is a lovely host and she made me feel welcome and at home. She really cares about her guests and that's wonderful. The room turned out to be exactly as advertised: cosy, quiet and with all the supplies needed for your stay. The house is situated in a neighborhood of Brighton which feels like a small English village. Perfect spot for everybody who loves the countryside quietness but also wants to head to town or beach easily. A definite recommendation!
It's a really nice place to stay. Clean, peaceful, light, tidy. Enought space for one person. Anna is very helpful and give me good advice to get home. Very quiet neigborhood. Good for people who enjoy a beatiful view to the hills. Definetly, I would be there again if I need it.
Anna was a wonderful host. It is always nice to be greeted by a smiling face. She gave me a tour pf my room when I arrived, and also showed me how the key/lock works on the front door. The room was very comfortable. It was lovely to hear the sound of the cows across the road. Transport links to and from the city centre are quite convenient. Anna has also taken care to tastefully decorate the room. And it was very clean and fresh.
Anna is very friendly and welcoming. The room is self contained with its own entrance making it ideal for me to come and go without disturbing Anna. Everything I needed for my stay was in the room which was clean and tidy. When I needed advice re parking, etc. in Brighton, Anna was able to help. I had a lovely stay and will return for another visit in the future.
Arrived in the evening to a warm welcome from Anna. The room was clean and tidy and comfortable. En suite just the job. A nice quiet nights rest followed by the continental breakfast provided in the room, which was more than adequate. Thanks Anna Peter PS. your apple pie was delicious!
Anna was an excellent host and very welcoming. She has thought of everything which made for a very comfortable stay. I would certainly recommend Anna as a host.
Anna was an amazing host, she offered to pick me up form the station if I needed, she looked after me brilliantly! The room was really lovely. and VERY clean. It is self contained, with its own bathroom and have lovely views. Anna could not have been nicer, and also left me to my own devices so I felt looked after but not crowded. I cannot recommend this listing enough :)
Anna made me feel welcome. The room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast plentiful. Anna's homemade jam is great. I won't hesitate to stay again and recommend to friends.

This flat was in a good location in Kemptown, was easy to find and also spotlessly clean. Very quiet too. Hosts were friendly and accomodating. Highly recommended for a night.
Peter is a good host, helpful and discreet. The apartment is located not far from seafront and city centre. Room is small but it has a comfortable bed. Would recommend for a one night break.
saubere Unterkunft, sehr unkomplizierter und flexibler Gastgeber. Ich würde wieder kommen
Comfortable and cozy room, and great communication and service. Recommended
The flat is very clean, cosy and the bed is comfortable, the only thing is that the pillow is too soft. There are bus stops nearby, approximately 20 mins walk to centre. Hosts are welcome and helpful! Recommend to stay with Peter
I loved staying at the airbnb of Peter and his partner. They were so kind. The bed is so comfortable and the flat is really well located. Only a short walk to the beach, the pier is a bit further but defenately in a nice walking distance. I would defenately come back.
It was really nice experience to stay 2 days in here! Peter and his wife(maybe?) were really kind and the bed was like drug or something because it was soooooo cozy and I addicted to the bed XD
Room is small but the bed is comfy. Approx a 20-25min walk to the centre of town. Perfect for my needs this trip!

Calandra's place was exactly how it was described on the website, it was perfect for our night in Brighton. Check in was easy and value for money was great!
The apartment, the location and the host were all amazing! We were so close to everything and Calandra was kind enough to leave chocolates and Cava for us to enjoy. We would definitely book this apartment again in the future!
Had a fantastic time in Brighton. The house has great atmosphere, is really central only minutes from the seafront and had a great time. Calandra was great at sending tgrough all thr booking details and even checked in with us to make sure everything was good. Highly recommend . Thanks
This flat is very well-located, close to the shore and shops. In terms of the interior of the place, it has a huge basement as a living room and the stair is very unique like all items in there. One thing that we felt a bit of uncomfortable is a broken toilet in the livingroom and one clacked door, so actully can see through inside, for another toilet. Overall, the place is kind of Good Luck for our trip and wish to stay there again!
What a delightful place. Almost as open and welcoming as our host who I never met but we communicated and were made to feel very at home and clear about where everything is and how it worked. Calandra was really flexible with our needs and always an arm's reach away.
Great place to stay, absolutely perfect for our needs as a few of us wanted to relax together to evening before a wedding as the groom couldn't stay at home. Would highly recommend to anyone.
Amazingly cool apartment. Everything the pictures promise and more! Calandra was really helpful and flexible with our departure and arrival. Great location. Highly Recommend

Hi, this is my much loved Brighton flat that has become available since the summer of 2016. You will love the sea view, local cafes and being walking distance to everything Brighton has to offer, it is just a short stroll to the pier. My place is perfect for couples, however there is also a double sofa bed in the living room so 2 extra people can sleep in there for only an extra 15.00 pppn The flat is on the 1st floor and there is 1 flight of stairs to reach the entrance to the flat. The space is a very large living room with a chesterfield sofabed that can sleep 2 extra people. There is a dining table and chairs for 4 people, a well equipped kitchen, 11 foot high ceilings, a TV with cable channels, access to a balcony with a sea view that has a small table and chairs for two people to sit outside and take in the view. In addition to the living area, there is a double bedroom with a brand new double bed, comfortable mattress, mattress topper, new bedding, also with ample storage in the wardrobes for you to store your items. The bathroom is modern and has both a bath tub and a shower. The kitchen has everything you need to cook, clean and wash, along with some complimentary tea, coffee and a nespresso maker! There is an iron, ironing board, hairdryer, clothes dryer and washing machine should you need to use these facilities. You will have access to the whole apartment to yourselves. I will arrange with you to pick up the keys / or collect from me and you will let yourselves into the apartment and check out, leaving the keys in a safe place for me. I am available by phone and email and airbnb messenger and around to help. In the event of any type of emergency I have people close by who can assist. The apartment is in a very nice part of Brighton called 'Kemp Town'. Its only a short stroll from the famous Brighton Pier. The sea is so close you can see it from the apartment. The neighbourhood is very quiet and nice and pretty and is the perfect place to be and walking distance from the hustle and bustle of the city, its bars, clubs and shops. It's seen as the des res area of Brighton to live. Parking in Brighton is a bit of a nightmare; There is however pay & display parking on the street outside the flat, it costs 1 pound per hour for a max of 4 hours. The restriction is in place 7 days a week from 09:00 - 20:00 - dont blame me :0( - if coming by car, you could park in one of the many carparks around - check parkopedia website, this will help you. You can get a taxi from the station to the flat which costs around £6-£7, or you can walk which takes 25 minutes, or take a no 7 bus, you should get off the bus at the hospital stop. I love dogs... ! So of course you can bring your little furry friend(s), but as I have bought new furniture, please can you keep them off of this and wipe those wet paws before they come back from the sea :-)lire la suite
A beautiful seaside flat that is near the delights of Brighton, comfortable and clean. A great place to go for a weekend! Vikki was very helpful setting up our stay too.
Beautiful apartment in a great location. The flat had everything we needed and and more! Vikki was extremely accommodating, a friendly and approachable host!
Vikky was a great host. Her apartment is perfect for two people. The location couldnt be better!
This flat was beautiful and so perfect for our honeymoon. The wifi is great, the flat is close to a bunch of wonderful restaurants, (most of which deliver!) and about a 25 minute walk from the pier. Buses are also extremely frequent, so if you're feeling a little lazy or it's raining, you can catch a bus to the lanes, etc. I would definitely stay at Vikki's flat again if we're ever back in Brighton! Thanks!!
It was a perfect stay and Vikki was very helpful
My wife and I stayed at Vikki`s apartment for a 4 day break, during the week. Although we did not meet Vikki in person. Her instructions for picking up the keys were very straight forward(URL HIDDEN)She made sure we were informed on everything we needed for our stay. And was in contact with us during our stay. The apartment is located in a wonderful position in Brighton. It is set in the Kemptown area. Which for us is the best area to stay in Brighton. It`s set just around the corner from the main high road that leads from Kemptown into the centre of Brighton. This is a beautiful road to walk along. With lots of great shops. It probably takes about 15 minutes to walk to The Lanes area of Brighton. Or you can just hop on a bus to travel the few stops. The other bonus about the positioning of the apartment, is that it is literally a minute from the beach. And from the balcony you can see the sea. The balcony being another bonus(URL HIDDEN) The apartment itself is wonderful. It's clean and tidy. And beautifully furnished. We found it a very relaxing place to stay. All in all. We had a great experience dealing with Vikki. And a wonderful time staying at her apartment. I would definitely stay here again. And I recommend it highly to anyone looking to stay in Brighton(URL HIDDEN)Thank you Vikki.
Lovely apartment, close to the sea (about a 15 min walk to the pier) and Vikki was incredible with communication.

My place is close to the centre of Brighton and two minutes from Brighton Pier and the beach, close to restaurants and dining and nightlife. You’ll love my place because of the closeness to everything! the stylish apartment is in a Grade 2 listed Regency Town House with two single, linked beds in the main room and a small double on the mezzanine. My place is good for young people who are happy to share, and for young families. The mezzanine is part of the main room and has restricted height. The room has gorgeous Georgian proportions, and a mezzanine level creates another sleeping space with its own small double bed, clothes storage and spot lighting. The main room has two single beds which are linked together and can be used separately if required. There is also a room safe and internet wi-fi. Fresh bed linen and towels are provided. The room is on the first floor of a fine Regency Town House in the Kemptown area of Brighton, dating back to 1795. Access is by a main door to the building on Margaret Street, and the studio has its own entrance. I will usually be around in the building if needed. If arriving at Brighton Train Station, get the number 7 bus from outside the station or hop into a taxi in the taxi rank outside. If you prefer to walk it is about 10-15 minutes. Just head down towards the sea and turn left into the Kemptown District. Once at the accommodation, all of Brighton and Kemptown is within easy walking distance.lire la suite
We had the best time staying here. The apartment was everything we could have hoped for and more. Izzet was great with answering our questions from the second we booked. He made us feel very welcome and offered his assistance with anything that we needed during our stay. We would love to stay here again and would recommend his apartment to everyone!
The host was very welcoming and friendly, providing us with everything we need in the studio. Great location too, makes it easier to travel around.
A lovely hidden gem to stay in Brighton. Local to the beach, pier and the lanes. Carpark is very close and around £18 for for 24hrs. Shops and restaurants are literally on the doorstep. Beds are very comfortable, shower and bathroom are good too. Would definitely return here.
Very clean place with an extremely hospitable host, very kind and considerate, I have thoroughly enjoyed myself with all eventualities I could ask for covered. Thanks Izzet.
The house has a good location which just beside the sea. And the landlord is a very kind man as well!
Very nice and clean apartment in a great location. Would easily recommend a stay here for anyone visiting Brighton!
Izzet was a fantastic host
Izzet was a kind, accommodating host and we had a great stay in Brighton, in a fantastic location. We would definitely stay again!

There is an excellent bus service in the Brighton area. If you arrive by train, take the number 27 bus from Brighton Train station (bus stop A) in the direction of Saltdean, about a 10 minute journey, approx £2.00. Get off the bus at Burlington street bus stop, near to my street (Burlington street), then it is just 2 minutes walk to my apartment. Also from this bus stop you can take buses to all parts of the city and beyond. If you arrive by car, the parking near to my place is cheap and very easy. It is only a 50 minute train ride from Brighton Station. .lire la suite
We can't rate our stay with Gary highly enough! Gary was friendly and welcoming from the start, helpful to the point that he came with us to help find a parking space, found out where we were supposed to be going for a wedding and booked us a cab. In the morning we had a lovely spread for breakfast brought to our room. This was far better than any B&B I have stayed in! My partner and I were so pleased (and pleasantly surprised, having never used Airbnb before). The room was spacious and clean, it is exactly as it shows on the picture, and the bathroom was more than adequate for our needs. The location was also perfect, and if Gary had ordered that sunshine to wake up to I wouldn't be surprised. We were able to walk into Brighton centre and the pier easily and Kemp Town is a hidden gem that both of us were unaware of despite many visits to Brighton in the past. Although we didn't see much of Gary because we had gone to Brighton for a wedding he was a perfect host and we have been raving to everyone about Airbnb and our experience staying with Gary.
This was the first time that my partner and I have stayed in an air bnb with a live in landlord, so we were unsure what to expect. Gary was so friendly and helpful when we arrived but also respected our space and made us feel totally at home. The room itself while smallish is very cosy and all the little touches Gary has added, from the artwork adorning the walls to the facilities on offer in the room, make it a perfect place for anyone wanting a reasonably priced central Brighton room. The breakfast set up for us was lovely, and sitting with the window open and hearing the seagulls on the nearby beach was a lovely way to start our day. Would highly recommend this location to anyone.
Gary made us feel most welcome. He was friendly and informative. The room was exactly as described and Gary had breakfast all laid out for us. Couldn't recommend enough. Would stay again if coming to Brighton.
Gary was a friendly and informative host who was always happy to help. The room was clean and it was lovely to have a wide choice of continental breakfast food available (we particularly liked the local bread!). I would recommend Gary to anyone who needs a nice place to stay in Brighton.
Gary is very welcoming and communicative host. From little chi-chats to serious business, he makes you feel at home. You can see that he cares about the house very well. Everything is nice and clean, flowers are blooming. What you get is nice clean room, warm shower, breakfast, welcoming host and he was also kind to provide us with towels. The location is very cozy in a quiet street, about 50 steps from a pub with great Fish&Chips and burgers. 10 minute walk to the center and Brighton Pier. Gary's place is awesome place to stay at.
We stayed with Gary for two nights and I couldn't recommend his place highly enough. He was the perfect host and the room was lovely and bright, clean and comfortable. The place is a short walk to town centre and Gary gave really good advice on local restaurants and attractions. We would definitely stay with him again when we return to Brighton. Thanks Gary! Oh yeah - breakfast was delicious
Gary was an absolutely amazing host! He was inviting, very clean, readily available, and helped us find the best places to visit during our stay. He even offers maps that we can take out so we do not get lost. As an added bonus, Gary includes a delicious breakfast.
Gary hat uns freundlich empfangen, das Zimmer in seiner Wohnung ist sauber und liegt super zentral. Man kann alle interessanten Punkte von Brighton zu Fuß erreichen.

Just behind the building is the fabulous Kemptown, full of eclectic cafes, bars and independent shops. It is a fun, friendly and lively neighbourhood with something for everyone. There are lots of great places to eat in Brighton but some of my favourites are: Foodilic - All you can eat for less that £8! A huge range of fresh and beautiful salads together with hot food as well Indian Summer - The poshest most fabulous Indian restaurant you will ever visit Food for Friends, Terre a Terre and 1847 - All 3 are great vegetarian restaurants which I find hard to choose between Neighbourhood and The Sidewinder - Local pubs just a few minutes walk away, both with nice food The Komedia - Award winning comedy venue with an independent cinema attached (you can book sofas and take drinks and food from the bar into the screenings!). The Krater shows Thurday - Sunday are stand up comedy at it's best and you can get good and reasonably priced food at most shows. This apartment is a 5-10 minute taxi ride, or 25 minute walk, from Brighton mainline station and close to a number of bus stop. All the major attractions of Brighton are within walking distance of the apartment which is very centrally located. This apartment is in an entirely residential building and noise restrictions apply after 10pmlire la suite
Just as advertised!
Gorgeous apartment with a generous sized kitchen. Katharine, the host was wonderful. She left us a welcome gift and also helped us find our way around the city. The views of the Brighton beach and pier from this apartment are amazing.
Perfect apartment, we will definitely be back again! X
Katharine was very helpful from start to finish, the apartment was perfect for a weekend in Brighton. Amazing views of the beach and the sea and within walking distance to the lanes and the shops and restaurants. Would recommend it and we will definitely be going back.
Katharines place is a very cosy and authentic home. She informed us on the whereabouts of all shops near her home. She also left a lovely champagne in the fridge again for us. I would definitely book her flat again.
This was the first time booking through air B&B and I was extremely impressed:) the place looks just as good as the pictures and Katharine was there to meet us at check in and showed us around the flat. I personally don't think you can get any better value for location, comfort and cleanliness. The on site parking was brilliant and the views are lovely to look at both during the day and at night. I would definitely book here again as there was not one single thing I could fault. Great location. Beautiful flat. Brilliant host. 10/10
Katharine was great at communicating quickly and was there to welcome me. The apartment is great: nicely furnished, very clean and comfortable with stunning view of sea and pier. Also short walk from great restuarants and places to see. Would definitely recommend it. Thanks katharine
We got into Brighton a little earlier than planned but we kept good communication with Katharine so it worked out to be okay. We got a 5/10 minute taxi from the station to the apartment on the seafront where Katharine greeted us and gave us a very informative run through of everything in the apartment and the area etc. and indicated to a complimentary bottle of prosecco in the fridge which was a lovely touch!!! The location is totally perfect. The view is perfect, the pier just to the right and the sea & horizon directly in front! Dreamy! There's also a coop a stones throw away (perfect for picking up croissants for breakfast!) and lots of bars and restaurants round the corner. The apartment is SPOTLESS and reeeeally cosy, comfy and warm. Couple extra recommendations - go to 'Foodilic' for lunch for all-you-can-eat goodness! Lots of different types of healthy salads, with hot food too - for £6.95! My fave place ever. Also go to Giggling Squid if you like thai food, really delicious. There's a cute little pub/bar opposite the coop round the corner from the apartment which we stumbled across. There was a great live band there and generally a nice friendly atmosphere! This apartment is everything you'd wish for - and worth the price. Katharine is a great host - thank you!!

Chris is a lovey host. Very helpful and thoughtful. Chris couldn't be there when we visited but his friend Jodie was friendly and helpful. The flat is really well located for getting out and visiting brighton. A great base camp. Clean and tidy and well equipped.
The flat is just as described, cozy but comfortable and very lovely. It’s perfectly located, very close to all the attractions and has everything you need in it. Would definitely book again :) Also a huge thank you to Chris for the easy and quick communication :)
Chris was really helpful, even though we didn't get to meet him in person. He kept in touch all the way through our trip with texts and messages. Jodie, Chris' friend, met us on the day of our journey to give us the key and parking permits, and again she was lovely and very friendly. The flat is super cosy and homely, with everything you could need for a comfortable stay. It's situated really centrally, only a few minutes walk from the town centre, & literally one street from the seafront and pier. Pretty much ideal for exploring. The location is in a really vibrant part of town, and we very much enjoyed exploring and finding lovely little independent shops and cafes and pubs. We would stay again in a heartbeat!! Thank you Chris.
It was a great cozy little pad to stay in, so easy to arrange collection and drop off ok keys. We were over the moon that there was tea, milk and sugar. Which was a godsend considering the weather. We were attending a conference, and being only 5 minute walk away was great. Steph was lovely, joyful and welcoming, made us feel really at home.
Steph and Chris were perfect hosts! Excellent communication prior to and during our stay, very helpful and welcoming. The flat is suberb - nice and cosy in an excellent location, just a few minutes walk from the beach, with everything that we needed for our stay. We would definitely stay again next time we visit Brighton. Thank you!
Chris couldn't have done any more to make us feel welcome & was always available if we needed him. The flat was just as described and is in a perfect location in the centre of everything Brighton. We will be recommending this flat to our friends (although not too much as they may stay there when we want to!).
Loved our stay with Chris!! Flat is in an excellent location and everything we needed! Small but perfect for 2!! Chris was great at keeping in touch prior and during our stay!! Recommend this place to everyone!!

We have completely refurbished our former regency sea captain's retreat in the heart of Brighton (on a quiet side street) to make it an even more chilled, spacious city retreat. With direct seaviews from top floors why not step outside to find the city's gazillion shops, restaurants and fab beachlife! We want you to feel like you are staying in your own private hotel, with fresh linens, lashings of hot water and an area to chill before hitting the city. This bright regency townhouse with direct seaviews from the top two floors is on the same road as Brighton's beautiful Dome theatre. You're on a quiet road yet within minutes of buzzing West Street (for clubs), the seafront's nightlife and the shopping nirvana of the North Laine and The Lanes (we'll tell you which is which). Lovingly restored to it's Regency glory, you really couldn't find a more central location - even Brighton station is five minutes' walk away. If you're driving, we advise using the 24 hour car parks very nearby as you won't need the car once you arrive! Having just refurbished the whole former sea captain's house we have created a large, fantastic social space/kitchen diner with an exposed brick feature wall, a large range cooker, wooden floors and a beautiful hand-crafted wooden table to comfortably seat 16. There are three bathrooms all with natural slate floors. And all appliances are new including the (we think) very groovy bright pink Smeg fridge! There is wifi throughout the house and beautiful plantation shutters. We also love the living room with its twin chandeliers, Farrow and Ball colours and sumptuous regency coving (restored by the same craftsman who worked on the Harry Potter movies). There is also a large a flat screen TV - perfect for vegging out the morning after the night before! We also hope you love our luxurious roll-top bath and the "getting ready" pamper area for those preparing to hit the town with its three Hollywood-style illuminated dressing room mirrors and stylish drift wood make-up table. The house is yours, all five floors of it! We're local so on hand to help and answer your questions about our lovely city. Brighton is unique. Wear what you like, say what you like - we live and let live here on the south coast and are not surprised by much. Just ask Disco Pete, the old guy approximately a million years old who turns up at any outdoor gig in the city come rain or shine and dances silently and joyfully by himself. I always think he embodies how Brighton people feel about their city - if you're happy and not hurting anyone - go for it! The house itself is in the North Laines, very close to the famous clocktower. You're in the centre of the city yet on a quiet residential street enjoying the best of both worlds. Buses run just around the corner at Churchill Square to all over the city, there's a taxi rank round the corner and the main train station is five minutes' walk. But you're so central you can basically walk everywhere. There are twelve zip and link hotel-style beds with excellent quality mattresses arranged over five stunning bedrooms that can be arranged either as doubles or singles. In addition there are two double sofa beds in the spacious living room. There is no garden.lire la suite
Das war das beste Airbnb Haus das ich je hatte! Unsere Reisegruppe hat sich mega wohlgefühlt! Alles da was das Herz begehrt! Ich komme sehr gerne wieder! Man hat sich sehr gut um uns gekümmert! Vielen Dank für alles! glg Peter
A group of 9 of us stayed here for 3 nights for a staff residential and it was perfect. A gorgeous house with plenty of rooms and lots of social space. Really near to the lanes and the seafront. We'd definitely book again!! Thanks Ben
The house is all that was needed for our large family. 6 of us stayed, four were children each having they're own room, which really helped. There is enough space for everyone to escape. The kitchen which is on the lower ground for a great place for us all to relax and enjoy breakfast. Lovely house, Ben communicates promptly, always helpful and pleasant which made the stay more relaxed.
This was genuinely one of the most perfect stays I've had at an air bnb. PERFECT for our group of friends - from arrival everyone was so excited at what amazing place we'd found! The location is unbeatable - right in the city centre, it's close to the station, beach, bars, pubs, restaurants and clubs, but on a quiet enough street that it also feels residential. Each of us had our own comfy bed ( many friends also wanted to know where the mattresses were bought from!), and there are plenty of bathrooms between the number of people. The roll top bath was a wonderful (and inspirational for those of us who dream of our own places in the future!). We never ran out of hot water, and the there were plenty of towels provided for us too! The kitchen was one of the best stocked I've seen in terms of plates and cutlery. The long table was perfect for group breakfasts and drinks together, and the dishwasher made for easy cleaning afterwards to make it all the better. Overall - I would definitely recommend this place for big groups! Ben, though we never got to meet, was always so good and responsive to questions regarding the location. They had recently refurbished the house, and it's clear how much effort has gone into it to make it feel like a very luxurious home away from home for their guests! Thank you for such a great stay!
Ben was extremely helpful and accommodating and the house was absolutely wonderful!
The house was just as beautiful as the pictures suggest! We loved the kitchen dining space and was perfect for our girlie night in and pre-drinks!! We also loved the pamper room when we were getting ready!! Location was amazing too - right in the heart of the city so everything was walking distance!! And close to the station too!! The host was also very quick at responding and helpful too!! Would definitely recommend this house!!
We had a wonderful family gathering at Ben's townhouse. Ben was very helpful with answering questions I had leading upto the stay. It is so near to the heart of Brighton and the sea. We loved it! The property is beautiful and quirky... we will be back!

Converted whole floor of large Georgian House, high ceilings, south facing seaview, 2 minutes to beach, park or shopping, 5 minutes form Brighton Station. Rent whole flat for 2, 4 or up to 6 people or just a B&B room with owner present. Beautiful! There are two double bedrooms, with the 2nd room having the wardrobe space and shelves for clothing, and both overlook a quiet woodland space at the back of the building. The 2nd room has just had a brand new memory foam topped double mattress and is super comfy, medium softness! The main bedroom has a brand new king size firm bed which is super comfy! The lounge and kitchen are both south facing with huge sash windows looking out to sea! The ceilings are high so it's light and spacious. The floors are wooden, apart from the bedrooms which are fairly new carpets. A brand new sofa (double sofa bed) is in the front room, with comfortable memory foam mattress. It's really comfortable for the 2 extra guests when groups of more than 4 stay. Bedding will be made up for these groups and you can make it up at night. The kitchen has all modern appliances. A brand new bathroom was recently installed with rain shower, bath and combi boiler for unlimited hot water. Towels, shampoo & conditioner and shower gel provided. Kate will meet you and show you around and allocate one set of keys, or will arrange to leave keys with a local shop next door. Lost keys will incur a replacement charge. If the whole flat is taken then I will be glad to greet you if I am around, and answer any questions when possible. You will be given my mobile number and I'll be happy to help in emergencies. If only one double room is taken (you can search for the property listed as just one double room), then I will greet you on arrival and include breakfast the next morning of tea or coffee and toast or cereal. I will usually stay in the flat if only one room is taken as bed and breakfast. Location, Location, Location! The reason I have stayed here for 18 years is the fantastic location! You can literally walk anywhere in central Brighton within 10 - 15 minutes, and are so close to the station, beach, park, shopping centre and dozens of fabulous pubs and restaurants! The Seven Dials up the road has a few eateries and pubs, and down around Western Road there's lots of pubs and restaurants too. My local favourites are: A Taste of Sahara - North African and BYO Market - Global tapas style small plates restaurant, can sit/eat at the bar You Juice - Juice Bar next door to the flat The Salt Room - Fancy trendy seafood restaurant The Urchin in Hove - Seafood only gastro pub The Cocktail Shack & The Set in Regency Square The Lion & Lobster - most popular pub in Brighton, good menu Earth & Stars Pub for Sunday Roast Indian Summer restaurant - Southern indian modern menu Chilli Pickle Indian restaurant St Ann's Well Gardens is my favourite haven to escape from the busier seafront and take a book or newspaper and you can get lovely home cooked food in The Garden Cafe there too. Parking - due to being in the central Brighton zone Z, I recommend parking 2 streets to the west on York Avenue or around St Ann's Well Gardens as it's cheaper per hour, and there's some free spaces on Sundays on Nizells Avenue. There's an open air carpark by Brighton station that is just £10 per day if you wish to just arrive by car and leave for the weekend. Otherwise I suggest The Regency carpark. As we can only buy 26 day permits per annum for residents my street permits ran out a while ago. The buses run both ways from the bottom of the road at Norfolk Square or outside Waitrose. Taxi's arrive within minutes from Streamline on Brighton 202020 or 747474. Trains are regular to London and only take 50 minutes on most direct lines. Just a couple of doors along is a very small parade of quality boutique shops, fresh Juice Bar, fantastic Japanese takeaway and there's a lovely coffee shop called Mr Wolfe which is a new Brighton trendy hangout. There's a small convenience store and off licence opposite there too. At the bottom of the road are numerous other shops, late night food options and everything else you are likely to need!lire la suite
Me and my friends stayed at Kate's for 2 nights and it was perfect. It's in a great location, few minute walk to the beach and about 10 minute walk into the centre. Kate answered any questions we had quickly and was really friendly. All beds are really comfortable and the flat has everything you need. I would definitely recommend Kate's flat to anyone and will be back when visiting Brighton again.
We had a fantastic New Years Eve staying at Kate's flat. It was clean and spotless with comfortable beds. There was a lot of space and kitchen was lovely and big with views of the sea. It felt like a home away from home. Kate was really helpful in the lead up to our stay and checking in and out was easy. Would recommend to anyone and hopefully we will stay again! Great value, great location and she is very lucky to live there. Parking not available but we moved ours to a free parking area and then we could walk everywhere from here. Flat is located in area with good shops and restaurants.
Beautiful apartment in a very convenient part of Brighton. Kate was friendly and helpful, and contactable when we needed. Very comfortable and a great place to stay - would definitely stay here again
The flat was great in a fantastic location. Communication was brilliant and made our trip to Brighton a very relaxing experience.
The apartment was lovely and as described. Great location and close by to shops and cafes and not far from the sea front. Kate was really nice and made sure we were comfortable. Communication was spot on and couldn't have been easier. Would definitely recommend.
Kate has a great apartment close to the vibrant centre of Brighton. The apartment is spacious and has an inspiring view of the sea. Kate made us feel very welcome. During our trip down to Brighton she kept in touch to ensure a smooth check in. She recommended a nice breakfast place hidden in a small park two blocks down the road. That's the advise you expect from a local!
Lovely flat, lovely host in a lovely location! What more could u ask for? :)
Kate was a brilliant host and very accommodating. She was flexible with who was picking up the keys and didn't mind a last minute change. Her communication was great and my mother in law said she was very nice in person. Booking and arranging things with her was very laid back. The location of the apartment was beyond expectation. The area is as central as you can get but remains quiet. It is light and bright, the rooms are big and overall it is well dressed and modern. There were 6 of us all together, three of which are over 6ft rugby players and it didn't feel cramped at all. A brilliant view both front and back and a great surrounding area. There is a juice shop and cafe right next door much to the delight of my very health conscious sister in law and the seafront and shops are 5 minutes away. There wasn't any car parking but we found a car space just round the corner using 'justpark' so that wasn't a problem at all. I would definitely stay here again (in fact if I could I would stay here permanently!)

Hey you! I am looking for someone working or studying short term in Brighton, to come and stay with me in my lovely flat short term. I have a Double room for rent (for one person) in 7 Dials, a ten minute walk from Brighton Station/City Centre/Hove The room is at the back of the house so is nice and quiet, it has a wardrobe, set of drawers and some shelves. The flat is modern, clean and tidy with all the mod cons!. There is a seven seater lounge and a large tv. There is a separate WC to bathroom. The rent includes water/electric/gas/tax/virgin wifi. I can include bed linen, towels and extra storage All rooms except my bedroom Daily Peaceful and respectful The area is a vibrant mix of trendy bohemia and suburban elegance. 7 Dials area takes its name from the seven roads that radiate out from the hub of 'The Dials' bus and train easy access I have had few lodgers. They all wanted to stay :)lire la suite
Xenia is an excellent host and she made sure that I am comfortbale during the stay all time. Place was very quiet and I was really enjoying it. Living room is too good and spacious.
A nice place to live. Quite and nice area. Xenia is friendly and she has been a great flat mate. The apartment was clean and cozy, we had a lot of cookies too :D. It might look as if there are a lot of rules when you first see the ad, but actually being respectful solves everything.

An elegant apartment which can accommodate up to six, two double bedrooms and two bathrooms; one an ensuite, this apartment also benefits from a courtyard. Although extremely central this victorian property is located on a quiet residential road. This apartment is a very welcoming space and has been finished to a high standard. There are two double bedrooms, one with a king size bed which benefits from a roll top bath ensuite. The second bedroom is a spacious room with a standard size double bed, all beds are incredibly comfy. The huge sofa can be arranged to accommodate a further two by using quality memory foam mattress toppers, this has proved comfier than a standard sofa bed. There's a well appointed main bathroom which has a drench head shower/bath. The kitchen houses both an integrated fridge, dishwasher and has all mod cons to be expected except a microwave, it benefits from a Rangemaster cooker. There's a separate utility cupboard which has a washing machine, tumble dryer and small freezer. There's a Sony 3D TV, Tivo box, DVD player and docking station for iPod etc... I will welcome you in, thereafter the place is yours but please feel free to call upon me for advice and/or guidance anytime during your stay. Although incredibly central; being only a short walk from the station, beach and city centre, it's a quiet residential area. Bedlinen, towels, pillows and duvets are of the highest quality.lire la suite
Eleanor was a fantastic host! Incredibly accommodating and very helpful. From the word go she was so friendly and kind. Great place,we stayed for my daughters wedding eve and night the bride and bridesmaid and myself, everything was as described, only downside is the parking which we did know about but vouchers for purchasing for just one car would really help, otherwise brilliant :-)
Eleanor was a fab host. Very helpful and friendly.
Had a great (EMAIL HIDDEN)munication was great and she was very friendly and helpful. There was a complication with cleaning of the flat but she sorted everything really quickly to make sure we still had a great stay (and did that while she was in India!) We had a fantastic stay in Brighton in Libby's cottage. Libby did everything to make our stay as easy as possible - I have sensitivities to conventional cleaning products and Libby's help and understanding in ensuring the house was cleaned with eco products was very much appreciated. Thank you Libby !
Such a cute, gorgeous little cottage! Spotless on arrival and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay - I was constantly amazed that I could fine everything I needed in such a little home, but it is so well thought out and had it all! This was perfect for our girly weekend and in an amazing location - completely central, everything we needed was in walking distance so there was no faffing about with taxis. We had a quiet night in on the Friday and it was a lovely space to just hang out in, but also perfect as a base for our big Saturday night out!
It's the cutest, sweetest little cottage. I loved staying here. Loads of great places for breakfast and coffee all around, close to the sea. Would definitely want to stay here next time I'm in Brighton.
Great spot great location, highly recommend this place.
The house and entire experience was perfect. Libby was super helpful and communicative in the lead-up. The house itself was quaint and gorgeous and the easy entry keypad made arriving super easy. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others. Even the futon fold out couch was easy to assemble and comfy. The little balcony was a nice surprise too (although it is in the photos) and great for an afternoon wine in the fresh air.

This was a perfect location for our one night stay in Brighton. It is located very close to the town and the apartment is clean, well decorated , warm and spacious.
Although we didn't meet Peter or Seb we were lucky enough to meet the fabulous Travis! He was very welcoming and prepared the apartment for our arrival. The cons (very minor): difficult to park, the spare wardrobe was full of cleaning products so unable to hang our clothes and not enough plug sockets by the mirror! The pros: the location of apartment is great for exploring Brighton, the apartment itself is beautiful, a large mirror (perfect for our group of four girls!), the very comfy large sofa beds, quiet location near The Level park, we felt secure and safe. We particularly loved the large living room as we were able to socialise and relax together. I would 100% recommend the apartment and we may well return soon. Thanks Peter, Seb and Travis for making us feel so welcome and for a brilliant visit x
The White Rooms were exactly as the pictures showed. Beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. Great location opposite a lovely park with a nice little cafe where we had breakfast. My friends and I stayed at the flat as we were attending a festival in Preston Park and the location for that was spot on.
Beautifully decorated apartment and very clean. Jar of cookies to welcome you was a lovely touch. Would definitely recommend it. Convenient location to walk to centre but at night with children did get taxi's back. Free parking on Elm Grove was a bonus for Brighton !
Really enjoyed our stay, lovely flat, great location, clean and beautifully decorated. We didn't want to leave! X
A really lovely flat, very conveniently located and well-equipped.
We were met by the very friendly Tracey & immediately felt welcome. The apartment was exactly as described, a nice spacious lounge/kitchen & comfy bedroom & located in a small apartment block reached through an archway & thus away from the road. It proved to be an excellent pied a terre for our visit to Brighton. We arrived jet-lagged & immediately felt at home when we entered our spotless temporary home - but we were ready for action! The apartment is in easy walking distance of lots of pubs, restaurants etc. We didn't do any cooking but had take-aways or ate out. So much choice nearby. We very much enjoyed relaxing in the spacious lounge. The shower was piping hot, the bed comfy & the place was so quiet that a good night's sleep was ensured. Well equipped & great location. Highly recommended.
We really enjoyed our long weekend in this lovely apartment. We normally stay in Hove so it was nice to discover another part of Brighton which is well located for the North Laines and Kemp Town. We also used the bus system for the first time which was fun, the apartment is on a great route and we were able to get everywhere we wanted to very easily. The apartment itself is light, spacious and with lovely decor - just as the pictures show.

We really appreciate Gerry's helpful orientation on the arrival! Our 1-day exploration in Brighton turned out to be quite 'productive'- he genuinely offers all the information we need to know. The location of the house could be more convenient! And it is exactly as tidy and clean as shown in the photos! Will def book again on next trip to Brighton!
John (aka Joe)
Gerry has a delightful town house on three levels in this desirable part of central Brighton off North Lane. Gerry was friendly and helpful, making our stay easy and enjoyable. He rents a room with double bed, which was comfortable (not necessarily the case in rented rooms), and was flexible about our using his rear patio garden. (The large bathroom is next door to the rented room, and is shared by Gerry). This is a perfect location in Brighton, if you are planning to rent a room rather than a whole property.
Gerry was very polite and had a big smile which was very welcoming. He had a very relaxed attitude. It was our wedding anniversay and he suprised us with a bottle of champagne which was enjoyed on the roof terrace! We enjoyed our experience and will be staying there again.
Gerry was very welcoming and gave us nicely all the practical information concerning Brighton. The room and the bathroom were very nice and clean. The house is ideally situated, 5 minutes walking to the Pavilion. I strongly recommend this place!
This was an excellent experience for us. Gerry was lovely, and the room was clean and comfortable with nice art and tea making facilities which was a nice touch. The house is in a fantastic location, especially if its good food, great shops and Brighton charm you are after.
Lovely accommodation with comfy bed and amazing bathroom! Brilliant location and very welcoming and helpful host
Gerry was a fantastic host! He was really kind and supportive. The room was loverly and his house was sooo clean and mordern. I felt comfortable staying at his house and would like to thank him for all his kindness. If I can have a chance to visit Brighton again, I will definitely contact Gerry first!

Absolutely beautiful home and fantastic hosts. The house is incredibly stylish and impeccibly clean. Pete gave us a really warm welcome and although we only stayed 1 night we felt right at home. Copper room offered lots of privacy but it was lovely to meet the other guests in the kitchen area too! Breakfast was delicious and we cannot recommend staying here highly enough x
We really enjoyed our stay in the Copper Room. Seb made us feel vey welcome on arrival making us a nice cuppa which we drank in The cozy "cattery". The house has a very calm vibe, it is cozy and charming and very clean, with lots of interesting decorations around the house making it a really unique stay. The room itself was well presented and comfortable with some nice extras such as robes and drinking water. A help yourself breakfast was perfect with coffee, fresh juice and delicious home made jam. Getting into town is a ten minute bus ride from the bottom of the road. I would definately stay here again if I was visiting Brihton.
I had a nice welcome from Peter - I was out and about quite a bit so unfortunately I didn't meet Seb! The room was lovely, it had a very comfortable bed and I slept well, being in a quiet location. Very well furnished house and the bathrooms were excellent, as was the kitchen. It all felt homely and welcoming and there were lots of nice touches to make guests feel at home. The other guests were also friendly.
We didn't get the chance to meet our hosts so we'd publicly like to thank them for an amazing time at their place. The home is beautiful, well looked after and ideally situated just ten minutes out of town. The room was awesome (Copper), loved the attention to detail. The cats were an added bonus! Perfect weekend getaway place, couldn't recommend it higher!
We were so happy with our stay and would definitely return. Stylish home with gorgeous cats. Our room was great, comfy bed and breakfast was nice. Lovely conservatory space to chill. Highly recommended
Lovely place for a relaxing break. The house was really clean and cozy. Nice selection of food for breakfast. We felt basically at home for couple of days, I absolutely suggest this place and I'll come back if I'll visit Brighton again :)
We had a lovely stay at Seb and Peters Copper Room, loved all of the homely decor and the room was very comfortable! We would defiantly stay again :) Amy and Matt
Great find in Brighton. Quiet, clean, chilled, with the added advantage of free on the road parking. I will be coming back again & again.

Charming and elegant one very large bedroom apartment in a Victorian house. Well equipped and nicely decorated. Superb location slap-bang in the centre of Brighton with North Lanes and train station literally just 5 minutes away. Ideal for business travelers, a couple or two friends. It is perfect for a romantic or relaxing getaway, and a beautiful and inspiring place to work. Ideal for a weekend retreat for couples seeking a romantic break, or two good friends looking for a great weekend at the seaside. It is also a nice place to work from for a few days. Very close to the main Brighton attractions. Really bright, spacious and in excellent condition. It has lots of charm and I, and my guests, believe is beautifully decorated. No suitable for children. Non smokers only. 3 night minimum stay for Bank Holiday weekends The lobby in the main entrance is shared with two neighbours. Door leading to a staircase to the first floor where the apartment is - the entrance to my apartment is the door to the right. I will meet you upon your arrival to hand over the keys, and explain amenities, etc. Available by phone or email during your stay. Remember that this is your apartment while you are here and we will leave you to enjoy it! The only 'off-limit areas' are several wardrobes that hold my personal belongings, and the stove, for health and safety reasons. My apartment is located in the very popular area of Seven Dials . At the top of one of the many hills of Brighton, northwest of the centre. It is a vibrant mix of fashion and bohemian chic. An area with architecture from the late nineteenth century. It takes its name from the seven roads that radiate from the center of The Dials ' . It is located in the centre of the West Hill and Clifton Hill areas which are conservation areas, and in the same area are Port Hall , Montpelier, The North Laine, the Brighton train station and Brighton city centre . My apartment is literally a 5 minute walk from Brighton Railway Station. The famous North Lanes are at the same distance and so it is the Churchill Square shopping centre. Most main areas to visit in Brighton are within walking distance of here. The seafront is just under 10 minutes. I have added a list of bars, restaurants and shops to my guidebook for you to enjoy Brighton like a local. Dunia's place is fantastic, and Dunia is an excellent host. Her flat is exactly as pictured: spacious, bright, cute, and a lovely shade of geren in the living room! It is in an excellent location very close to the station and to The Lanes. The bed is super comfy and she adds all these lovely touches such as jams, bread, butter etc. She is a lovely host and we had a wonderful time. Thank you Dunia!
Perfectly located in a quiet side road yet only a short walk to both Rail Station and nightlife/beach. The apartment was very spacious and immaculate. Very good value for money. A perfect venue for couples visiting. Would definitely use again.
Wonderful flat, in a great part of Brighton! Very clean and tidy, bed was exxtremely comfortable, place was very light and cool in the summer. Dunia was very friendly, and made sure we knew the house rules and how everything worked before leaving.
From the moment Dunia replied warmly and rapidly to our first inquiry about her flat, I knew we were in good hands. Dunia's home is carefully decorated, wonderfully situated and provided the perfect launching point and respite from our Brighton adventure (And our first Air BnB adventure). Although she was travelling herself, Dunia was quick to respond by email to any question or advice required over our week's stay, while leaving us with a home well equipped for everything we needed. It was a great stay and I encourage anyone wanting a beautiful Brighton break to start and end their days at Dunia's flat.
Great location only 10 - 15 mins walk from the rail station, central Brighton and the Laines. Dunia's flat was a very generous sized 1 bed with everything you could wish for. Really comfy large bed - we slept like babies!! Immaculately clean with nice linen and towels to use. Dunia provided bread and milk so we could have breakfast each day. She was also very helpful at check in and out times allowing us to stay late on the last day to get the very most from our weekend. Mil gracias Dunia!! A+!
Stylish, spacious, bright and airy flat very well located for the train station, bars, restaurants and cafes. Very comfy bed - had two good nights of sleep! A pleasure to stay here and would definitely stay again when next in Brighton
Wonderful location, great home, really good communication. Can't wait to stay again!
Dunia was great. Good communication. And waited until we arrived to show us around. Great spot in a lovely apartment.

The room is very cosy and clean, and in a fantastic location in Brighton. A great base for anyone walking into town. Jessica is a lovely host who makes you feel at home right away. We already had most of our stay planned out but Jessica was very keen to offer recommendations/directions etc so would be a real help to anyone visiting Brighton for the first time, or without solid plans. Her recommendation for billies cafe for breakfast was spot on!
Literally 3 minutes away from the train station. Jessica was super nice and the bedroom was fantastic. Totally recommended if you need to travel by train or for anything else.
Jessica was so friendly and welcoming, we felt right at home. Nothing was too much trouble. The house was in a perfect location for the train; buses and a short walk away from the centre, would definitely stay here again.
My partner and I came down for pride and are both fairly new to airbnb. Jessica was a brilliant host, made us feel at home and overall made our trip to Brighton that much more special. Highly recommend!

Our home is a beautiful Edwardian family home in a quiet tree-lined residential street with excellent access to trains (5 mins walk to Preston Park station with direct line to Gatwick and several London stations), buses, shops and all the fabulous fun of Brighton (4 mins). The house has 3 double bedrooms (one is a sofa bed) and 1 single room across 3 floors, 2 living areas, fully equipped open-plan kitchen/dining/living room. Free parking (some restrictions). Gas BBQ and rowing machine. GROUND FLOOR KITCHEN/DINING/LIVING ROOM - The ground floor includes a lovingly restored Edwardian living room with period fireplace, a very spacious modern open-plan kitchen, dining and living room opening out with full width glass doors to the garden. The kitchen island incorporates a breakfast bar with 4 stools and the dining table extends to seat 8 people. Guests have full access to kitchen equipment including a Gaggia coffee machine, 5 burner range stove and double oven, food processor, blender and for anyone who wants to make more use of it than us, a pasta maker. Also a wide range of cookbooks and access to basics and condiments. GARDEN & TWITTEN - The garden includes plenty of garden furniture, parasol and gas BBQ, with access to a twitten (Brighton’s very own word for alleyway) and any produce being grown in our small vegetable patch. UTILITY ROOM – Includes American-style fridge freezer (with ice dispenser) and ceiling-mounted clothes rack. Downstairs toilet room. FIRST FLOOR MASTER BEDROOM - The large master bedroom with a huge bay window has a beautiful superking size bed and en-suite shower and toilet. SECOND BEDROOM - Double bed overlooking the garden. Guests can also use the rowing machine, which stores up against the wall in this room. THIRD BEDROOM - A single bedroom with raised bed (ladder access). Fully equipped with toys and books! FAMILY BATHROOM – Beautiful Victorian-style bathroom with rain shower head. SECOND FLOOR FOURTH BEDROOM - The converted loft is a large, bright study or playroom including a comfortable and easy-to-open-out sofa bed. Double loft windows including a Juliet balcony window, all with full black-out blinds. Large desk space. Separate toilet room on the second floor landing. You have the free reign of the house and garden to yourselves except for one small room on the first floor which will be kept locked simply to be able to pile some of our stuff, to allow you a little bit more room for your clothes etc. You will be able to pick up keys and check yourself in. We will be available by phone or email. The quiet tree-lined residential street forms part of the tiny Preston Village conservation area just off the main road into Brighton. It offers very easy access to walk, bus or train into the centre of Brighton, the Pier and the beach. The house is 5 minutes from Preston Park, a large green space including children’s play area, two cafés, tennis courts, rose garden, velodrome and the open-to-the-public grounds of Preston Manor. A Sainsburys Express is just 2 minutes away plus a row of local shops and two basic pubs around the corner and a family-friendly pub with large outdoor seating and good food less than 10 minutes away. The area includes plenty more pubs, cafés and shops. But you’re most likely to be heading to Brighton and its attractions including the Pier and its rides, the Royal Pavilion, the beach, shopping in the Lanes and the North Laine, crazy golf, the i360, the great and varied restaurants, buzzing nightlife etc, etc. Or a 20 minute drive or cycle ride will take you into deepest countryside in the South Downs National Park including the renowned hills of Ditchling Beacon and Devil’s Dyke or the woods of Stanmer Park. Or visit the pretty village of Steyning to the East, or to the West, historical Lewes (Anne of Cleves House, Lewes Castle etc) and Glyndebourne just beyond. CAR - We're just off the main road from London, which is a good thing and a bad thing. If you're arriving by car, we'll give you directions to avoid the traffic jams coming into Brighton (at their worst on a sunny Saturday). We'll also give advice to avoid the difficult and expensive parking in central Brighton but the top tip is to use public transport. There is free parking in the whole street although one side of the road has restrictions for one hour during the day (12-1pm on weekdays including bank holiday Mondays) to deter commuters. TRAIN - Our train line has direct services to Brighton (4 minutes), Gatwick airport (30 mins), London Victoria (1hr), London Bridge (1hr), London Blackfriars (1hr 15mins), Hove (4 mins), Lewes (30 mins), Eastbourne (50 mins) etc. The house is close enough to walk to the station in 5 minutes (or run in 3) but not close enough to hear the trains. BUS - The bus stop for Brighton is 4 minutes away (20 minutes into the heart of Brighton) and the bus stop out of Brighton including direct coach service to Gatwick (30 mins) and Heathrow (2 hours) is just 2 minutes away. WALKING - Brighton Pier and beach is just 2 miles away, a 40 minute stroll via the North Laine, the Lanes and the Royal Pavilion. - Free wifi connection - 3 TVs (both living rooms and second bedroom) - Integrated sound system in 3 rooms (Sonos) - Solar-heated water (Hive control system) - Kitchen basics and equipment available for use within reason - Sheets and towels provided - The house is only child-friendly for under 3 year olds if given prior warning as we have an intricate original balustrade on the first floor with large gaps in it which would need to be screened off as it was when our child was younger. - 2 out of the 4 toilets are macerators which means nothing unnatural except toilet paper should be put down them and anything even as small as a plastic razor protector may block or break the system with pretty nasty results! This includes the en-suite toilet, sink, shower and the ground floor toilet and sink. - No pets allowed however anyone who is very allergic should note that normally we have 2 resident cats and we cannot guarantee a 100% fur-free zone although they will be on holiday with us and the house well-hoovered.lire la suite
Beautiful house with plenty of space. Instruction leaflets very helpful. Everything we needed was on hand. House was ideally located on the bus route into Brighton and a Sainsburys at the end of the road. We had a very relaxing time and will definitely book again.
Helen was incredibly welcoming and helpful. She was easy to contact and very responsive. The information she provides to help you enjoy your stay is excellent. The house itself is a really enjoyable place to be. It is spacious and stylish. It has a fabulous kitchen and a good garden. It really does feel like a home from home. The house is well located. It is close to the centre of Brighton which is a fabulous town. It is very easy to get around from there.
We arrived to a beautifully clean house, with a bottle of prosecco already chilling for us in the fridge! The house is really gorgeous and is in a great location for getting into Brighton as well as exploring Preston Park, Preston Manor and the lovely Rock garden. The listing description is very accurate. Helen is a very helpful host, who was always quick to respond to questions. I hope to stay here again in future!

The room is on the first floor of a four storey house five minutes away from Brighton station. It is both centrally located and quiet. The shower room is on the same floor with sink and wc and shared with other guests. My house is ideally located , close to city centre yet situated in a quiet street. Guests have a shower room, wc and sink to themselves and have full use of kitchen for preparing food and make a hot drink. Guests can also use the dining room table for laptop work and catching up with emails. I am very happy to share my knowledge of the local area, venues and events. Also I respect privacy for guest who simply want to use my home as a base. My house is so central to Brighton. Everything is within ten minutes walk, yet the road is lovely and quiet, as it's two roads up from the main road. Five minutes walk from Brighton station and three minutes away from major bus routes. We had a great one night stay in Andrews Library Bedroom. Everything was as described and very clean. Comfy bed and spacious room. The property is within minutes of Brighton city centre. An easy 5 minute walk to the train station as well as cafes, restaurants and bars. Andrew is a very friendly, easy going guy. He gave us plenty of tips on where to eat as we are vegan. A great place to stay whilst in Brighton. This will be our first choice to stay when we come back to the city!
Difficult not to repeat all the good points mentioned below. Easy to book. Great central location in a quiet attractive street, a few minutes walk from the station. Comfortable bed, good shower and an amazing host. If you enjoy being treated as a welcome house guest you'll love staying at Andrew's. No hesitation in recommending and looking forward to my next visit.
Andrew was such a welcoming host. He gave me a very thorough and friendly tour of his lovely house as soon as I arrived. The breakfast and coffee that were included made us feel very at home.
What an amazing weekend stay I had in Brighton at Andrew's. I went there one night for the VegFest. Andrew is a very warm, welcoming and friendly host. I was his first Brazilian guest, lol... His friend Sandrina is the sweetest lady in the world, very helpful and a lovely person. Pookie and Chompers are the cutest dogs in Brighton, Chompers is the Queen, she has had a nap with me for couple of hours and shared my vegan breakfast too. The room is very spacious, comfortable and quiet. I would not think twice to make my reservation again with Andrew for the next time in Brighton. Thank you so much Andrew for your hospitality, it was a great experience. I'll see you next time!!!
Great location and great host.
Good location, great house and lovely doggies!!! Thank you Andrew! I have a really nice experience in this house.
Andrew is the best host I've ever met. He's warm, thoughtful and always cheerful. I enjoyed to be in his home with his two beautiful dogs and his lovely friend Sandrina. They made me feel like I was in my own home. The room was big with a bathroom just next to it. Besides his home is near to the station and many supermarkets. I will definitely go visit him since now I'm in Brighton.

Quiet location in the heart of brighton bordering bohemian kemptown and colourful villiage'y Hanover, close to Queen's Park and nice local cafes, 10 mins to the 'Laines' and City centre. We are on top of the hill with wonderful views to sea & City. Friendly house in the heart of brighton bordering the bohemian kemptown and colourful villiage'y Hanover, 5 minutes walk from Queen's Park and nice local cafes such as the popular wild cherry cafe. We are on top of the hill with wonderful views out to sea and over the centre of Brighton. You can walk everywhere from here, 10 minutes into the north laines of Brighton with their many individually owned shops and cafes, theatres etc and 10 minutes to the beach. We are offering our nice good sized ensuite double room with large double bed, with memory foam mattress, suitable for two persons or a couple with a chiild as we have a single fold up bed suitable for one young person. This room has the best panoramic views in the house. Whilst very central the area is quiet and not much traffic. If you don't feel like walking into town there are good local pubs nearby offering decent food. From the front room you can go directly up the stairs to your room without needing to walk through the main part of the house, so you can have your privacy My partner and I are involved in health / alternative medicine and music You can stay one night or up to one week at a time maximum Fresh coffee making facilities and tea and water are provided in room We offer a simple breakfast in your room, of cereals/granola/muesli (according to your choice) with fruit and milk (non dairy is available if you let us know in advance), and croissants. There is a mini fridge to store milk etc. There are also many lovely cafes, restaurants and pubs, to choose from, within easy walking distance You walk into the small hallway of our house and straight up the stairs to your room on the right. There is no need to walk through the main part of the house, so it is quite private. We will be happy to answer any questions you may have when you arrive, information about local cafe's and restaurants, with our particular favorites, will be there in your room. After that we will leave you to enjoy your stay, but feel free to ask us anything, as we've lived in Brighton 10 plus years and know the City and area well. We live at the top of a hill with views out to sea and over the City of Brighton, on a clear day you can even see the Isle of Wight, and you get to see wonderful sunsets from your room. You can explore the colourful and higgledy piggledy streets of Hanover, visit the lovely Queens Park, wander down to Bohemian Kemptown, and explore the great independent shops and cafes of the North and South Laines (10 mins walk). Brighton Pavillion is 10 minutes walk, well worth a visit, wander in its gardens, visit the museum and art centre there, or you might want to see a film at 'Dukes at Komedia' an independent art house cinema in the North Laines. There's the Dome and Theatre Royal nearby too, with many other smaller, lesser known but interesting venues offering all kinds of entertainment nearby too. Then of course there's the beach and pier and you are also close to the Downs with beautiful walks, accessible by public transport Our street is in a controlled parking zone, with some metered zones, however there is free parking close by, two streets away from Albion Hill and beyond. Whilst its easy to walk pretty much everywhere from here, there is a regular bus service at the top on the road on Queens Park Road, going to Brighton City Centre and onto Hove. A taxi to and from Brighton main line railway station is aproximately £4 - £5 and similary from the centre of Brighton back home if you do not want to walk up the hill! We are offering tea and fresh coffee making facilities in room, and a simple continental style breakfast with juice, granola/muesli, fruit and croissants. There are many lovely cafe's around within easy walking distance, we have listed our favorite ones for you and left this in your room.lire la suite
Anita made me feel welcome from the second I stepped in the door (and even before if you count the lovely emails). The room is wonderfully calm with a stunning view of the sea and town. Anita was a lovely and attentive host.
Anita is a great host, she even offered to pick us up from the train station. The view from the room is beautiful, since the house is situated on a hill, all Brighton center can be seen from up there. I don't think we could have found out a better place to stay in Brighton, totally recommended.
Anita and Marieta were the perfect host. We felt like in our house. The views were amazing and the bed was super comfortable and cozy! The house is very clean and they left prepare for us a very nice breakfast. And their cats are so sweet! Anita was very helpful, she let us know many places to visit. It was a great experience and if i come back to Brighton I will definitely stay at Anita's house again. I highly recommend it for a romantic escape.
Anita was a lovely, welcoming and informative host. The room and en suite were also very nice and came with a great breakfast! The house itself was well located, with great views and only ten mins walk away from the city - it is on quite a steep hill though! Would not hesitate to recommend. Had a great time and would stay again.
I spend a lovely weekend in Brighton and Anita's place was exactly what I needed. A calm, clean and relaxing place. I could feel a zen atmosphere. She gave me good advise for restaurant, everything is provided to make people feel at ease. Good amenities, great breakfast and lovely host. I recomend this place and will definitely come back.
