“This is a 14 hatted restaurant and one of the best dining experiences you can have in Launceston. An elegantly restored 1830s flour mill on the beautiful Tamar River is home to Stillwater, one of Launceston’s finest restaurants. Original Oregon beams and blond timber floors bring warmth to Stillwater’s already majestic setting, comprising of an original bluestone wine cellar, Georgian miller’s cottage for private dining and a courtyard for alfresco drinks and snacks.”

“Henry's is probably best suited to 30+ years. It doesn't seem to get overly busy so you won't need to be pushing through crowds. The bar is really nice and the meals there are brilliant. I would recommend Henry's for a romantic meal or with a small group of friends. My girlfriends and I sometimes go for drinks and canapes, they usually have specials on a Friday night and live music.”
