Parc
“This is part of a lovely walk that takes in the Teifi river, the gorge, wetlands and woods. This section is between the old bridge and the gorge where the old quarries were. It's flat, there's an off shoot of a circular path where you can stop off in bird hides and see all sorts - including buffalo from Easter to September. There's a very good cafe with plenty of vegetarian and vegan options. You can hire canoes from here too.”

Administrative Area Level 3
“We have grown up in the area so I am not sure if this is why it is our favourite beach, but we love this place - it is beautiful! We always go to the slip and swim or paddle in the calm sea. In summer evenings there is nothing better than taking a portable bbq and sitting on concrete steps enjoying the beach and watching the gentle surf roll in against the pebbles. The pubs and restaurants are fantastic, especially the new inn. When the tide is out, you can walk along the sand to Pendine to the east and Saundersfoot to the West.”

Château
“This place is def worth a visit. Turn up just in time for a guided free tour (last about 1 hour) and takes you through from the Norman invasion (1093) into West Wales right up to present day. This castle is a huge part of history in Pembrokeshire. Privately run - they also put on concerts on summer nights- check out website to see what they're latest is.”

“Probably the best 'food van' in the world; Cafe Mor is the first of it's kind solar-powered-mobile-converted-fishing-boat-seaweed-kitchen. Or just Cafe Môr for short. Located on the very Southwest tip of Pembrokeshire overlooking the very beautiful beach of Freshwater West, it serves local seafood and foraged seaweed ingredients with an amazing view, packed with taste and care.”
