Together, we will explore some of the most incredible areas of Milan, capturing unique and creative images for you. We will smoothly move along the cost in the calm water of the lake, enjoying some drink and watch some amazing private villas and gardens, visible only from the lake. We will visit this magic Island Comacina where we will tell you some story... Then we will pass in fron of Villa Balbianello, Villa Cassinella, Villa Balbiano and many others. Stopping in some special corner you can enjoy some prosecco, get the sun, swimm and relax. After that we will go back at the starting point. In case there is no availability on the calendar try to contact me anyway, we may find a solution for you! The cruise will be subject to the weather conditions. In case of storm we could go back to the port earlier or don't even start sailing.

In questa lezione di cucina imparerai a cucinare uno dei piatti più tipici della tradizione ligure partendo da zero: naturalmente sto parlando della pasta al pesto! Impasteremo pasta fresca di diverso tipo: corzetti,trenette,gnocchi,testaroli o trofie, utilizzando utensili tradizionali ed impareremo le tecniche per modellarla. Dopodiché prepareremo il famoso pesto con gli ingredienti autentici, ovviamente con l'uso di mortaio e pestello! We drop the mooring in the late afternoon, when the sun become smoother and the light more red. We will move on board of our comfortable Italian boat ATMA, visiting charming villages and observing amazing villas. We will be on time in the best spot of the lake to see the sunset! Mosaic is one of the oldest decorative forms present in Italy. During the workshop, I will show and explain various types of materials (like marble and vitreous tiles), the tools normally used by mosaic artist (hammer, pliers, pincers...) and different techniques. You will see examples of different types of mosaic (Roman mosaic, classic and modern) and you will learn about the evolution of the mosaic art, the different styles and trends. You will learn to cut the tiles with pincers, how to study and prepare the subject and you'll create a piece of mosaic to bring at your home.

Nous voyagerons ensemble dans le temps et découvrirons des angles cachés de Gênes. Nous découvrirons sa beauté et son charme. Connu sous le nom de Superbe du Moyen Âge à la Renaissance; centre important du baroque. Célèbre lors du Grand Tour, au point d'être choisie comme ville où passer plus de temps et source d'inspiration pour les écrivains, poètes, chanteurs et acteurs. Viens aussi avec moi ressentir certaines de leurs émotions !! Nous nous retrouverons dans la maison Columbus pour entrer dans la ville à travers les murs de la Barbarossa (1100 ac). Ensemble, nous découvrirons une place cachée au passé dramatique, nous découvrirons l'origine de Gênes, sa signification et son lieu de naissance. Juste après, nous découvrirons qui était Embriaco, un héros de la ville et une église précieuse. Nous allons parcourir des carrés particuliers avec des noms évocateurs. Nous connaîtrons l'histoire d'une belle dame qui a inspiré Botticelli. Après une pause autour d'une glace, nous visiterons la cathédrale, verrons l'arbre qui fait fortune à la ville, verrons où vivait Einstein. Nous découvrirons la place San Matteo avec ses légendes et ses trésors. Notre visite se terminera à la Piazza de Ferrari et au Palais des Doges, où Paganini était en prison et sont sculptés les ennemis de la République. You will have one of a kind, truly authentic experience packed with fun and action! In the heart of the nature, you will be tuning into your senses to discover and connect with nature. You will join me and my trained dog Gemma, and my highly experienced truffle hunter fellow Santo, and his trained dog Vasco to get an introduction to the magical and mysterious world of truffles. You will be exploring the art of finding these gastronomic treasures! - 8.00 am we will meet in Turin and we will take you to our secret places - out of the city in the forest. -we will have a coffee break in the village where we find truffles. - we will give you an introduction to truffles, where they grow, qualities and rules about searching them. - we will be walking and searching for truffles, (white or black depending on the season) in the forest with the help of our beloved, talented dogs Gemma and Vasco. You will actively take part in the truffle hunt, learn how to recognise truffles and how to dig them up - we will have a lunch in a typical Italian trattoria.
