  • L'appartement est très bien aménagé : il y a tout ce qu'il faut et même plus. Du barbecue électrique à la machine à pop-corn sur le balcon, du grand écran aux jeux vidéos... une grande table avec assiettes et bols assortis aux sets de table, un hamac sur le balcon arrière... Et la cuisine si bien équipée avec un pilon (eh oui ! ), un mixeur, un moulin à poivre et à sel... du vinaigre balsamique et de l'huile d'olive... et beaucoup de petits ustensiles utiles pour cuisiner... Tout est si bien pensé, aménagé et disposé avec goût pour le voyageur de passage. Andy et Ale étaient disponibles à chaque fois que nous avions besoin de quelque chose et même à une heure tardive.   • Andy and Ale are great hosts! Place is in great condition; amenities are well maintained and it's cosy. Location is accessible and is really a short walk from the railway station. Me and my family enjoyed our time watching TV and just even enjoying the night view of Brisbane at the balcony. It's been a great stay, and will definitely come back when it's possible!

    This listing is for an arty, architect designed apartment, very close to the University of Queensland, bus and CityCat (ferry) stops, 20 minutes ferry or bus to City. Hilltop building with green outlook, large balcony. The whole apartment has great natural light, small private courtyard. Small but immaculately clean bathroom (shower) and toilet. For this listing you will have the apartment to yourself (and I stay elsewhere, though my room is not accessible). Also listed as a private room.
    The apartment is part of a small complex of 5, architect designed and built in 1985 (though it has a bit of a 70’s vibe to it). My favourite features of the apartment are the large wooden benches in the kitchen, the sloping ceilings that take advantage of the layout of the building, and the way every window looks out on to green space. I am filling the house with books and my art and craft projects – from crocheted cushions and blankets (adding to the 70’s vibe?) to paper mache masks and birds.
    St Lucia is leafy and hilly, with fantastic city views from a number of vantage points, some great houses, and lots of parks. The university campus is particularly lovely, with the old sandstone buildings and lakes with walking paths. St Lucia is a very safe area of Brisbane. Occasionally we get a bit of noise from student parties, especially at the beginning and end of the University year, but usually it is very quiet.

    Welcome to my three-bedroom townhouse in St Lucia, just seven kilometres from Brisbane’s city centre. Accommodating up to eight people, guests can happily sleep in one of the three-bedrooms or in the sofa bed in the living room. All your travelling needs will be met with thanks to the kitchen, dining area, outdoor balcony, as well as secure parking. For the ultimate experience, make sure you see the Brisbane River, watch a rugby match at Suncorp Stadium, or check out the Gallery of Modern Art.
    This townhouse will have you positioned in an awesome area, only 15 minutes away from the city. Take the train from Toowong Station, and you’ll find yourself in the heart of the city, exploring everything it has to offer. Regular bus services on Sir Fred Schonnell Dr and Coldridge St will also be of great convenience to you. As soon as you arrive, you will probably want to stock up on all your grocery needs. Luckily, you’re a 10 minute walk to St Lucia Supermarket, a small convenience store nearby. There’s also an IGA, which is a 4 minute drive away, if you wish to go crazy and stock up the pantry. Slide into my home, and be welcomed by the white walls and glossy wooden floorboards. The open setting layout will be perfect for all guests, ensuring that you have your own space and can do as you please. Walk on in and you’ll find the living room, with a couch and a large LCD TV. This is the perfect space for you to have a snooze, or watch some of your favourite television shows. There’s also an armchair with a foot rest. Kick back, relax and have some down-time in this comfortable space. The sliding doors to your right, will take you to the outdoor balcony, which has a table that seats four. There are also outdoor shutter blinds out here should you wish to block out some of the Brisbane sun. Make your way around my place, to the large and open kitchen. You’ll have plenty of space to get cracking on all of those Masterchef dishes in this area. My kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances you need - a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher and sink. I have also provided utensils, cutlery, dishware and glassware for you. You’ll have ample amounts of storage - with thanks to the multiple cupboards. Store all of your grocery shopping in the pantry. I do think you should treat yourself to some delicious meals whilst away, so make sure you explore the surrounding area and the restaurant options made available. Some of my favourite dinner options include Thai At Home, Lefkas Taverna, La Porchetta and Brewhouse Brisbane. If you plan on having some quiet nights and want to dine in, there’s a dining area right in the kitchen space, that seats six guests. Given that the chairs are super comfortable you’ll feel tempted to stay in these chairs the entire time and not leave the table (danger territory, especially when food is in sight). This space can also double as a workspace, wherein you can lay out all books and laptop devices and get on the work grind. You’ll also have access to fast and unlimited WiFi throughout your stay. Head upstairs to sort out bedroom arrangements. You’ll find three bedrooms up here, which are all included with airconditoining units. The first bedroom is fitted with a king bed, adorned in pillows. Have sweet dreams as you doze off here, wrapped up in the quilt covers. The second bedroom is fitted with a queen bed. This bed has a cushion bed frame if you wish to sit up and read a little before you head to sleep. Finally, the third bedroom is fitted with a double bunk bed. All beds are covered in high quality thread count linen, which are clean and fresh for your stay. From all of these rooms you’ll have access to a balcony through the sliding doors provided. Within one of the rooms, you’ll have access to a large wardrobe where you can store all of your luggage and belongings. For additional guests, the sofa in the living room unfolds into a sofa bed that sleeps two. Linen is also provided for this option and found within the large wardrobe. My house has two large sized bathrooms, decked out with an off-white tiled interior on the walls. The first bathroom features a bathtub and shower combination, toilet, mirror, quality sink and cupboards. The second bathroom includes a wide walk-in shower, toilet, mirror, quality sink and cupboards. I have also provided complimentary toiletries, including toilet paper, shampoo and conditioner for your convenience. There are also fluffy towels provided for you. A hairdryer can be found within one of these bathrooms, located in the cupboards. There is also a personal laundry space in this place. Featuring a washer, dryer, iron facilities and quality sink, you’ll be able to wash away at your convenience. I have provided laundry detergent for you to use. You’ll also have access to a shared outdoor seating area in the backyard, which seats four people.
    You’re a 10 minute walk to St Lucia Supermarket, where you can purchase your bread and milk, and all your grocery needs. There’s also an IGA, which is a 4 minute drive away, if you wish to stock up on more of a range of groceries. You’re a 10 minute walk to the University of Queensland, where you can explore the campus grounds. One of my favourite places to get in touch with nature is Tarcoola Track, which will have you seeing beautiful bushland, wonderful river views, and some relaxing spots to sit and rest. Entry to the track is directly opposite 157 The Esplanade, a 6 minute drive from mine. Get a train to Central Station where you can explore Brisbane’s City. Go shopping around Queen Street Mall, which includes numerous malls and street frontage. Shopping centres that I recommend you head to include Wintergarden, Broadway on the Mall, The Myer Centre and MacArthur Central. This area will find you in close proximity to restaurants and bars in surrounding streets, parklands, museums, galleries, the casino and a cinema. If you’re a sporting fanatic, head to Suncorp Stadium to catch a game of rugby!

This is a lovely house in a lovely suburb, which we would recommend to anyone who is looking for a large family home, with all the creature comforts you could need whilst there. There is ample space in the safe fenced garden and pool area to let the children play while mum and dad sit and watch from the comfy chairs on the balcony.

    This room is on the lower level on the house. It has its own living room and small kitchen, however the bathroom is on the upper level. The downstairs area is only shared with 2 rooms so is quite peaceful. The room itself is huge.

    Ma maison se trouve dans une rue calme dans le West End à la mode, à proximité du centre-ville, de South Bank, du Centre de congrès, des arts et de la culture, des restaurants et des restaurants. Je vise à gâcher mes invités.
    Ma maison est une grande maison moderne répartie sur trois niveaux. Niveau moyen: est le cœur de la maison contenant la cuisine, les espaces de vie, la salle des poudres, la lessive et s'écoule dans notre zone de divertissement accueillante et sa piscine. Niveau supérieur: contient trois chambres, salle de bain principale et une salle de bains privative dans la chambre principale. Chaque chambre (au dernier étage) dispose d'un miroir et d'une armoire pleine longueur. Niveau au sol: dispose de 3 parkings, 2 dans le garage verrouillable et 1 extérieur sur l'allée (un luxe rare pour les habitations du centre-ville). Il contient également la 4ème chambre (espace suspendu disponible mais pas de garde-robe ou de miroir) Les niveaux 2 et 3 comportent de la climatisation et du chauffage dans chaque pièce.
    Nous sommes dans une poche isolée, mais à seulement 10 minutes à pied de la circonscription multiculturelle multiculturelle de West End, regorgeant de nombreux restaurants, bars et spectacles.

  • Kim's place was wonderful. The place is surprisingly very spacious. We were a group of 9 and it did not feel crowded at all. The master-bedroom shower is fantastic. The beds are very comfortable, and the linen spectacularly fresh and clean. The location is very convenient with an Aldi two blocks away. The river is just few blocks away with wonderful walking/running and cycling path. Visitor can take the City Cat to/from the WestEnd dock, a brisk walk from the house, to experince the Brisbane River. Truly recommend Kim’s place.

  • Kim-Maree's house was absolutely perfect for our needs. It is very spacious and the rooms are private. It is in beautiful condition and well furnished. The location is also great - lots of shops and cafes on Montague Rd and a close walk to the heart of West End or dinner on Hardgrave Rd. Kim-Maree is a swift communicator, always replying to messages quickly. Our guests had an awesome time here - would highly recommend.

    My classic old Queenslander home is in a quiet street, with nice neighbours. We are well served with public transport - bus, ferry & train. But if you have a car, I also have off-street parking. Come & share our non-smoking home with my little dog, Rusty, & I. I have a secure yard, so your dog is welcome too, provided it's friendly & de-sexed. Good coffee is just around the corner, literally! LATEST NEWS: I now have a king-sized single bed for those tall-ish people among us! Check in 10am-10pm
    I try to live sustainably, so I have grown native plants as well as a veg garden in my back yard. Recycled wood & low emission paint have been used in the house. I have only standard kitchen appliances so I can reduce my fossil fuel usage.
    I've lived in West End for 14 years. It has a great community vibe; its multicultural and 'funky', & easy to meet people. My house is easy walking distance to cafes, restaurants, shops, the CBD & public transport. Its also delightful walking along the riverbank (5 minutes from here). And our markets on Saturday mornings are a must.

  • Vikki was an amazing host, with a fantastic home. I travelled to Brisbane for business and only needed a place to sleep each night, but Vikki went above and beyond to make my stay pleasant. I had enough space for all my belongings, the home was lovely, she even gave her time to draw me maps and give advice on travelling around the city.   • Fione was very helpful, Check-In was easy and uncomplicated. The flat is nice and cool (especially important in summer), and there was everything provided (shampoo, coffee, milk). It is very close to University and you have supermarket and busstop right nect to it. The very big disadvantage is the noise, although being in a quiet neighbourhood, it was very noisy, as the ceiling to the upper flat is very thin. You can hear basically every step the people upstairs were doing, so even when they didn,t have a party (which happen quite often), it was very hard to sleep at night, because I could even hear when they were going to the bathroom at night. Summary: Nice flat, nice landlord, but too noisy for me.

  • It was a great stay for my wife and I, and being near to Uni, we could also be near our daughter, whom we were visiting. The unit was basically below street level, hence very peaceful. We especially like the little outside patio, where we could eat our meals as there was no dining table inside the unit. We did hear tenants upstairs from time to time through our ceiling, but it was no bother. We are grateful for Fiona's little touches to make us feel at home, which included some fruits, milk, coffee and a nice selection of teas. The unit was very well equipped and we had no trouble making simple meals. There were electric fans for warm days and a heater for chilly nights, so it was a very pleasant stay for us. We would recommend the unit for anyone preferring to stay close to UQ.

    Welcome to our blue monkey cottage. A hop and a jump to the university of Queensland and Brisbane city, this newly refurbished house has all the comfort of home. In a lovely neighbourhood close to shopping centre, public transport and restaurant.
    The blue Monkey cottage is on a hill side in the lovely leafy suburb of St Lucia. Outside it’s all your green garden; inside it has all the modernity you would expect to find in your home. The kitchen is fully equiped with 2 induction hot plates, an oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge. There is a dining corner with a table sitting 4. You have a lounge space with a very comfortable sofa and flat screen TV, with access to Netflix and Apple TV. The bedroom consists of a double bed large cupboard space with hanger and an desk with a printer. The bathroom is small but very convenient with a shower, toilet and sink. Towel, shampoo and after shampoo are provided, as well as a hairdryer. You have you own entrance and are completely independent as it is not attached to any other accomodation. I hope it will be your home away from home.
    St Lucia is a very well established suburb of Brisbane. It has a mix of families and student as the University of Queensland call this part of Brisbane home. It is a hilly suburb. In our direct neighbourhood is a primary school, a 24 hours gym, pharmacy, doctor practice, a 18 holes golf course. If you feel hungry, there is a lovely Mediterranean restaurant as well as a Chinese restaurant and a take away pizza and coffee shop. If you venture a bit further, around a 15 to 20 minutes walk, you’ll find St Lucia village with a great choice of eateries, Chinese, Japanese, Thai, Mediterranean, Italian and fish and chips. There is also an IGA a post office and several coffee shops. St Lucia is a quite suburb with lovely walk and view of the city and river. It is great suburb to go walking, I would not recommend cycling for the hills, but if you are up for the challenge I can provide you with a bike and helmet. You are on the doorstep of the University of Queensland, around half an hour walk or a 10 minute bus ride. If you enjoy shopping you can take the bus to Indooroopilly shopping town with grocery stores, everyday shop and high brand stores. Another smaller shopping centre is also just a few bus stop away. The city of Brisbane is 7 km for st Lucia and can be reached by bus, train or city cat.
  • Sylvie's little white house on the hill is just gorgeous! It is exactly as described - clean, modern, uncluttered decor yet cosy and welcoming. The lovely touch of breakfast items and snacks was welcomed as were the delightful bathroom products provided. While this little house is in the suburbs, it is close to bus and train lines making getting around Brisbane easy. Sylvie herself was welcoming and very friendly. My husband and I loved everything about Sylvie's cottage and will certainly make use of it again if we need to sty in Brisbane for a coupleof days or longer.

  • Sylvie met me when I arrived to handover the key and all of the details I needed for my stay. She was friendly, and very approachable and always replied very quickly when I needed anything. This cottage was the best airbnb I have ever stayed at, and I wish I could have stayed longer than a week! It was clean, had everything I needed, including a desk, which was fantastic as I was visiting for my work, was in a nice, quiet location, and close to the city and a bus line that ran to the local shopping centre and the University. Sylvie also provided everything for breakfast, which was lovely. I would recommend this to anyone, and will definitely stay here again if I can, next time I am in Brisbane.

    Avec la salle de bain exclusive. Les clients sont invités à se sentir chez eux dans le reste de l'appartement. Avec accès à la cuisine, table à manger, salon et buanderie. Il y a aussi un auto enregistré dans le frigo au cas où!

  • Prudencio hat eine schöne große Wohnung, die sich super für airbnb eignet, er war sehr nett und man konnte alles nutzen ( Wohnzimmer, Balkon, Küche usw.) direkt an der Straße ist eine Bushaltstelle und auch ein kleiner Park, sowie eine Fähre.Leider war es nicht so sauber, wir hatten Schimmel in den Schränken und viel Staub, man konnte die Wäsche nicht aufhängen, da er keine Wäscheleine oder - Spinne besitzt- aber im großen und ganzen waren wir sehr zufrieden.

  • My partner and I stayed in Lisa and Malcom's apartment for two nights. I would definitely recommend it. The apartment is large and the kitchen has everything one could possibly need. The whole place was really clean, and the bed very comfortable. We walked into Brusbane city centre twice, as it's a very nice walk. It takes about 50 mins. There's also public transport if you don't want to walk, or it's an easy drive. Lisa left breakfast items for us in the fridge and even asked if we had any specific dietary requirements. Communication was easy and very friendly.

There was good communication in the lead up to our booking and Lisa even received some baby equipment for me which I had hired for the duration of our stay. Everything was perfectly prepared and clean, especially the kitchen was a dream and had everything you can think of. 20 meters away you can find a lovely nature park at riverside, where you can have a nice and peaceful walk, and enjoy the river and the landscape. The furnishings were really new, especially the beds were nearly unused. We thank them for the nice stay and would absolutely recommend this accomodation without any shortcomings

  • This is a great spot to base yourself in WestEnd! I LOVE the outdoor shower and bath, my kind of rustic. The concertina doors a lovely also, that opens up the entire wall onto the landing. Thoroughly enjoyed the ease and relaxed nature of arriving and going about what I needed with no hassles. Plus use of the bike available was a bonus, perfect for my night event at the Exhibition Centre during my stay. Highly recommend for a relaxed, convenient and independent stay in Brissy! I didn't personally meet Chad but felt taken care of, welcome and got all I needed through our text communications. I'll stay again when visiting Brisbane.

  • Scott's place is great! It's pretty much all I can say. The location is ideal in West End, close to restaurants, bars and shops. The set up of the flat is really practical and offer all the comfort of a home. The desk in the rooms and the study room make it a perfect place to stay for work/study purposes. Scott had even left some food for breakfast and that was really appreciated. The only down side was the noise from the people upstairs but for a weekend that wasn't too bad. Overall it really felt like home away from home.

La cuisine, la salle de bain et la chambre étaient d'une propreté inégalable. Gayleen est à l'écoute, pleine d'attentions qui font d'elle une super hôte (bouquet de fleurs, bouteilles d'eau, pain, tous les condiments nécessaires pour bien cuisiner ainsi que tout ce qu'il faut pour un petit déjeuner, savon et shampoing de très bonne qualité...).   • Gayleen was very pleasant, she left a note as she couldn't be there to greet us but said hello the next day. We didn't see her again until we left, she really respected your privacy. The unit was great, plenty of space and very modern, her fridge was absolutely stacked with everything for a continental breakfast, although we didn't really use it. The area was great, we managed to go for a bike ride along the bike track to South Bank, I felt safer then. I would definitely stay there again, thanks Gayleen.

    Lovely and breezy, newly renovated with two bedrooms, living area, kitchenette, generous bathroom and large Northern deck amongst the garden featuring your very own Hammock chair. Two minute walk to cafe's and close to the river and parks. Just 10 min to Southbank and 13 min to the city.
    Our house is 2 stories and newly renovated. We live upstairs and downstairs is available for short or long term rental and has a separate entrance. This rent-able area contains 2 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchenette, living area opening to the garden, a large modern bathroom with generous bath, a large northern deck and shared laundry and back yard. The TV has access to Netflix and Stan. Free Wifi is available. The Kitchenette is fully equipped with fridge, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, oven, hotplate. Provided are muslei's and cereals, spreads, assortment of tea's and coffee's and milks. The bathroom is generous and contains a bathtub with waterfall spout and an overhead shower. The toilet has a separate door. All linen and Manchester is provided. Each bed has 500 thread count linen. The room with the double bed has a table and chair. There are wardrobes with mirror doors in both rooms. Can accommodate extra guests if requested. A queen size air mattress can be supplied. Also a travel cot is available. The decks are almost 1m above the natural ground height so take care with children.
    This house has cafe's nearby: Cafe 63 (2 mins walk) Osteria Epoca (2 mins walk) Seven-VII-South (5 min drive) Yeronga is is a quiet spot protected by the river only 7km's from the CBD.
