“Naschmarkt is a lively place all week and in particular on Saturday. Saturday’s you will not only find the usual stands but also a local farmer market. I love to go there to buy fresh flowers or seasonal fruit and vegetables. But there is more to discover! If you love flea markets, this is the place to be every Saturday morning until early afternoon. And don’t miss the opportunity to sip your sundowner after your flea market experience in one of the very hip places like Neni, Orient & Occident... and more. Basically you can spend your entire Saturday there.”

Café

“This is a really authentic cafe where locals like to have their morning coffe and newspaper. They have very good breakfast, typical Viennese style. Although very famous, it is still quiet and calm (compared to eg. Cafe Mozart or Sacher.). Don't forget to try their cakes! Distance: 1500 m”

“Pizza Mari is so close, I still cry about it sometimes. It's a female-run establishment with (in my humble and honest opinion) the best pizza in town. Nuff said. ”

“Great beach bar during summer time with good Cocktails and some small dishes. When you Exit the U4 you have to follow the signs to U2 and on the U2 platform take the Exit "Herminengasse" and turn to your left. There are various beach bars and pop up restaurants at both sides of the Danube Channel, just give them a try :)”

“Gourmet Napolitana Pizza in Vienna! Disco Volante is Italian, right down to the cutlery. The variety is simple and so are the pizza recipes, however, in simplicity, plenty of flavour is found.”
