Three Oakes has a lot of interesting shops and store. It's about a `10 -15 minute ride from Union Pier. Drier's Meat Shop is a famous old fashioned butcher shop. There's also the Vicker's Theater as well as several art galleries in town. Three Oakes hosts the "Third Saturday" gallery walk every third Saturday eve from April through December. There is a Farmer's Market every Saturday through the end of October. There are a number of restaurants in the area: Featherbone Restaurant and Lounge and Froelich's Cafe.
