If the dam is open, it's a nice place for a stroll with the sound of the waterfall on a sunny day. Also, a stocked fish pond for fishing is here.

If you're up for an easy hike with a fantastic view of the lake, Tubbs hill is popular with the locals. Dog friendly and easy pace, great place for swimming or a picnic.

If you love Garlic, then this is your spot. I'm serious about loving it, you will smell like itwhen you leave. One of our most favorite spots. Dinner I'd say $10-15 a plate. Mediterranean food.

If you want good old fashion pub grub, this is the place. Also a great place to catch the game. The fries are thin cut and delicious!

The menu is not big, but they do everything right. The salads are huge and the Thai Pizza is mouth watering. A tad spendy in my book, but we still love it.

This is not a fancy place. This is a good ol diner with outdated furniture to match. BUT, if you want breakfast food, and lots of it without breaking the bank, this is the place. Good lunch too.

Easily the best sushi in the area! We love this place.

Best theater around, in my opinion. Lots of shops and stores right in the same area. Coldstone, Thai Food, San Francisco Sour Dough, Azteca, Red Robin, Le Peep and more.

It's North Idaho's Disneyland! Over the years it has become quite the adventure. Water park attractions and several fun roller coasters and rides. I'd say it's a bragging point for North Idaho :D
