I don't drink and I've never been there, but some of my friends like the rooftop of MAYA. There's a bar there with nice view. You can see the nightlife of Chiang Mai from above view.

I love this place. It's a little big difficult to go, on top of the hill but personally it's my favorite place. Don't forget to have lunch there, the food is really good. Nice scenary.
