relative newcomer that’s providing great Italian - a little more refined than Coco's. Sit outside on tiny deck overlooking the bike path if you can. Live music downstairs at Anthology.

Take a left out of the building and about a 2 minute walk. Adorable couple - she's French, he's Kiwi, who have created an amazing bakery/cafe -- their croissants and pastries are still warm until about 9AM and their loaves of bread are legendary.

Grocery Store
A variety of small dairy/convenience stores around, but closest full-service grocery store is a 14 minute walk to Countdown at 4 Williamson Avenue, Ponsonby. For kiwis, know it's a New World-style Countdown...very flash.
