This is one of the area's top fine dining spots, offering excellent (albeit expensive) cuisine and beautiful scenery alongside the Schroon River. It is located inside a real restored 18th century mill, and still contains many historic relics.

It may not be the best Chinese food in the world, but it's not the worst either, and it's the only option in the vicinity. It's also open fairly late.

Proof that quality pizza actually can be found in upstate New York. The owner of this spot is cousins with the owner of Pizza Jerks in Lake George (another excellent restaurant), and they both learned their craft from their grandfather, who was from the Old Country. Offers eat-in, takeout and delivery.

This charming restaurant in one of the historic riverfront buildings offers upscale fare with a range of nightly specials. It's a good choice if you want a fancy meal, but don't want to pay top dollar across the street at the Grist Mill.

This is where the deli magic happens in Warrensburg. This legendary place (also known as Jacobs & Toney's) feeds a hungry crowd every day, who line up for the monster sub sandwiches and fresh deli salads. A "half" sub easily feeds 2-3 people; a "full" sub can stuff 4-5 people, easily, and the prices are great. There's also a full butcher counter with all the meat you can possibly want, and a convenience store area in the back.

Just at the edge of town, Brunetto's looks unassuming from the outside, but inside the place it's a spacious, warm and rustic spot for consistently great food. It's a little pricey -- in line with Lizzie Keays -- but worth it. Just call before you arrive, as they don't keep regular hours all year.

Hey, sometimes you can't beat the convenience of a Subway sandwich. This one is pretty good, with a friendly staff and a convenient location in the center of town, in the TOPS supermarket strip mall.

The Golden Arches is Warrensburg's lone "Fast Food" joint. You probably know what it serves. What else is there to say about a McDonald's right near the interstate?
