“Mom and Pop” restaurant owned by the same family for over 40 years. Delicious burgers but be prepared to use a lot of napkins! I used this place to “test” if Sharon was the right girl for me back in 1991. She passed with flying colors! “Old school” so don’t bother looking for a website!

Inspired by California: healthy bowls, tacos, juices and wraps; Tuesday night they have $2 taco flats which are delicious and a great value. It can get a little busy with the locals but it’s worth the wait.

The Veytia family has operated this restaurant for over 20 years. A little more upscale but it’s worth it. The family has traveled extensively throughout Latin America to bring authentic regional cuisine. They also make a good sangria.

Popular with the locals. Harvey’s 4th Street Grill is a west-coast Florida style bar and grill. Locally owned and operated since the 80’s. Much of their décor came from several historic St. Pete hotels, including the Vinoy, the Soreno, and the Albermarle.

They have three locations in St. Pete but this one is the closest. They started on 4th St. in 2010 but had to move across the street to their current location to make room for Trader Joe’s. Casual Mexican food done well.
