Lovely New Forest village. Pop into the garden centre at the top of the high street for a lovely lunch. If you are interested in growing veg then visit 'Patrick's Patch' over the road. Parking free.

Very understated but a fabulous chance to see the reptiles found frequently in the New Forest. Take a picnic, have a little walk. Last time I looked it was free. A half day activity. Brilliant.
