This is a very newly built shopping center with many restaurants and boutiques. Also, there is a cool courtyard here where they have trivia and other events throughout the year. Great spot to check out!

Downtown Bryan is Awesome! It is a great place for the family, a date night, or a group of friends going out together. There are great restaurants and shops, as well as a few concert venues, a brewery, and old movie theatre. They also have a speakeasy at the bottom of Stratford Hotel (let me know if you want the details).

Downtown Bryan is Awesome! It is a great place for the family, a date night, or a group of friends going out together. There are great restaurants and shops, as well as a few concert venues, a brewery, and old movie theatre. Some of the best burgers in town! A local owned and operated business! Also, don't get distracted by their burgers too much as they have some of the best wings in town!

Great Coffee and great view! This is about a 15 minute drive but is some of the best Coffee in town and is located next to a beautiful newly developed piece of land with a pond and look out tower! It is also located next to some local boutiques.
