A gem for Longmont. It is gorgeous and provides a great 3.5 mile trail around it. You can watch the sunset on a paddleboard or kayak. And if you come around the time of the full moon, full moon paddles are wonderful.

This is only about 2 miles down the road in the town of Hygiene. This is a great place to run, bike, or walk around multiple lakes. I saw a muskrat here one time so be on the lookout.

This place is great to try to spot a beaver in the morning or the evening. Several ponds with great mountain views.

This is a food lovers dream kind of place. This is family owned and cute as a button. It has been covered in major magazines and is a place I take my family and friends when they come in from out of town.
