Cafe, bar, restaurant - stylish, good + fresh food, modern cooking. Lovely beergarden outside, and only a few steps from the apartment. They have great cakes in the afternoon, too.

My favorite chinese restaurant with great, fresh + delicious food + absolutely friendly service :) Hot soup with jiaozi, or the fried version, mhh! Also very good bio meat or tofu dishes. Top winelist

Supposed to be one of Germany's best stone-oven pizza places ;) located in the middle of the "Altstadt" (famous Duesseldorf Old Town). It's worth a try, the interior with 70's-style cave ambience :)
