Skip the breakfast buffet and bring your own breakfast picnic. It’s a great experience to watch the horses warm up in glow of the morning sun.
There is one free parking lot across from the Union Ave entrance. You’ll need to arrive early though!

If you don’t know how to bet, ask an employee. They love to help.

There is a free tram in the downtown area during track season. It’s a great way to get around when parking can be difficult.

There are a few parking garages around town. Woodlawn (between church and division) is free. Bottom levels are 2 hours only. Upper levels are up to 48 hours. High Rock garage is paid, but a good option if you need it (it’s behind the city center).
