At Park, the Chopped Canada judge has what is arguably Montreal's first destination sushi restaurant.

Avenue du ParcAntonio Park has a private fish import license and isn't afraid to use it. The affable native of Argentina, and Culinary Institute of Japan alum has knife skills as sharp as his hashtag game, and has risen from the ranks to become one of Canada's most recognizable star chefs. At Park, the Chopped Canada judge has what is arguably Montreal's first destination sushi restaurant.
