Get there early, buy a ticket and start from the top and move your way down the floors with different exhibitions.
I love going to this museum, as the art (in my opinon is magnificent) - but you need quite a lot of time to really see all of it.
There is a cafe at the ground floor, and a bar at the top floor as well.

This is one of my neighborhood galleries. They have new exhibitions all the time - and focus on young contemporary Norwegian (mostly) artists. The people running it started it in 2020, and they are really lovely people.
It's so close to the entrance of the flat - you could walk there barefoot with your morning cup of coffee.

Take the ferry fromAker Brygge to the nearby small islands, for a swim or picnic (I like to do both). There is also a lovely cafe there. The small ferries depart often, and there is a selection of islands to choose from - 10/20 minutes from city center
