This is one of my favorite fast casual places right near the home.
My absolute favorites are the meatball sandwiches and the pizzas. If you're on a healthier kick the Gorgonzola blueberry salad is amazing! They also have decent beer and ciders on tap.

AMAZING sushi. Best to make reservations. You can go right when they open at 4pm and hope for a smaller wait if you are going there spontaneously. I love the Chirashizushi. My husband loves their rolls!

This restaurant is in the CDA resort. it's classic. Nothing spectacular (except maybe they're gooey desserts!) but a beautiful view of the lake and fun to roam around the resort.

This is a very healthy organic market. It has a lot of unique things in it. Safeway is also very close but not as fun as this pilgrims market!

Park in the McEwen parking lot and trail head is near the water. Good for families. Not too difficult. You could even pack your swimsuit and enjoy one of the beaches along the trail. If you are super adventurous there are rocks that people jump off.
